Loved Loved LOOOOOVED THIS! although... I have to admit... I was not FULLY in the present moment... when you mentioned at the beginning of the practise that someone had requested a similar sequence to one you had posted, I thought FOR SURE it was me... with the request for a Halasana roll. I kept waiting and waiting for it to come! ... it did not. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the creativity, and somatically pleasing sequencing. I can't wait to do this one again, but for reals... with the presence and all! <3 And I'm still hoping you'll throw in a Halasana roll in one of these videos sometime sooooon! ;P Loooooves yooooooou!

I can't even tell you the feelings of joy, love, and gratitude I am filled with when I do your flows. You are so unbelievably amazing at what you do. You inspire me and light me up with feelings I can't even put into words. Sometimes I feel like my chest is going to explode with bubbles of laughter and tears and pure bliss.
