whew! came to this after a lazy little break I took.  It definitely started my engine.  I loved the strong start, but was thankful for the less powerful sequence towards the end.  Core town was fun!  I think i will add this to a weekly rotation as something to work towards as it was rather tiring for me.  Love your space, cat is getting big and looks well fed! lol 

this was so wonderful! i love how you sneak in those hard little bits.  I wasn't seeking hard today, but I found that I handled it extremely well under the spell of this magical class.  Thank you Meghan!!

Wow! I really wasn't wanting to take to my mat today, but once I got started it just felt like a dance.  I loved this flow so much. It all flowed so well together as typical for your classes.   Especially loved the wild thing to reverse wild thing....even though it was rather spicy for me.  I am also a big side plank fan though. Thanks Meghan so much. It was wonderful.

that was FUN!! the warm up was brutal for me but that's a good thing.  I need that.  I have been admiring people with their hollowbacks thinking I wasn't quite ready, today I proved myself wrong.  Thank you for these on the wall practices.  I love acquiring new wall skills to use towards my handstand journey.  

This was wonderful.  I was actually going to request something exactly like this, since I am trying to get my splits.  I'm a ways off, but today I actually felt okay enough to stay in my version of the splits with a strong foundation and a strong mind as long as cued. I I am recovering a hamstring injury so I was soooo happy I was able to do this with NO PAIN! yay!!! Also I didn't expect the juicy backbends but ohhhhh la la was that nice! Felt all kinds of loosened up and happy after that. Thanks Meghan ans Olga. 💜

Well what a magical Monday! This is a great class.  Very fluid. My upper spine feels so open and I feel so refreshed.  I was able to hold the poses and expand in them which for me has been a challenge, especially opening the heart.  Meghan I hope you had a great adventure on your travels and are finding the comforts of home relaxing and refreshing.  Thanks as always for a great experience on my mat.  ❤️

it always amazes me how fast these classes go by.  And Meghan your voice is so calming.  I enjoyed all the poses!  I went in feeling achy, and overwhelmed,  ended feeling calm and physically mcuh better than before I started.  It is amazing what a little movement can do for you! 

very nice practice.  I have been nursing yoga butt, and a hurt neck for a while now.  So what I can do i find very limiting at the moment.  I have been doing a lot of drill style workouts, and stuff that does not include stretching.  not the funnest.... Lol this was one of the first yoga practices I have done in about 2 weeks.  I feel great.  I could tell in those 2 weeks I was getting stiff.  My back was starting to hurt, and my spirit was not as bright.  Funny how much our bodies and mind really do need yoga.  Especially Currie style yoga!

P.S.  If anyone else has dealt with yoga butt and successfully got rid of it, I will take any advice I can get! lol
