Another wonderful class!ย  I crave all the slink all the time.ย  I slink everywhere in an attempt to one day slink as good as you!! Fun, fulfilling, nourishing, and calming.ย  Thank you for introducing tapping to me.ย  I have seen it, but never tried and really liked how it made me feel afterwards.ย  I am loving the shorter videos, your sense of humor, and how happy you seem sharing your wisdom with us.ย  I would like to see a headstand skills practice as well as a transition training video learning how to maneuver into wheel from wild thing then rolling back over to plank.ย  I have seen you do a lot of that in your youtube videos.ย  I would love to be able to as confidently as you.

Lovely class.ย  And I would also love to see more breathwork classes. ๐Ÿ˜ So easy to fit into my day and the skills obtained from these classes have helped me so much with handling my anxiety.ย  Thank you!!ย

Lovely class! I was able to do a forearm stand for a second.ย  I will gladly take it.ย  I do have a question....when I try to do forearm stand with my hands apart, I can't.ย  I can do it only with my hands together. I feel much more secure and strong this way. Should this be something I try to correct?ย  Is there any benefit to doing it with you hands flat and parallel, verses hands together.ย  Just curious your thoughts on it.ย  Thank you as always for the wonderfully refreshing class ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฉทย

This class is gonna get dropped right down into the favorites folder. I LOVED IT! The longer holds and the balancing postures with the inner heat from the core workout left me with this lovely inner glow at the end that I have definitely been needing. And I loved having another shorter video as an option as I do need them when life gets busy! Oh and nice one with the repeat 1....1....1.... lol!! I feel yummy and delicious. I look forward to every Monday. Meghan your online studio is a blessing to me!

Meghan does such a wide range of amazing videos! She has covered literally everything. But if I had to think, I would say that I would LOVE a slow flow balance video with lots of standing balance postures with longer holds and fun transitions. I have been trying to improve my balance by attempting certain poses like tree pose and half moon with my eyes closed. lol Challenging and fun! I loved the dancing tree video. The balance point in side plank with tree legs is awesome.

Fun!! I really enjoyed feeling all the deep core activations with lifting the sacrum off the floor as well as the dlow rolls in the beginning. Wow! I could feel that! Had a lot of fun rolling around. Great class!!

It was the tetter totter hinge metaphor that did it for me! Meghan got me first flying about 2 year ago with crow. Today i unlocked Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2. How you describe everything is why you have been my go to teacher for 2 years. I have been working on this pose for a bit and could not wrap my brain around the balance point. I was really intimidated by the video but I surprised myself! It finally clicked. Thank you! Seriously. Thank you!! I am so appreciative of your ability to give good informed details.

Very spicy class!! I was dying with all those one legged up dogs! Lol however I felt very refreshed after and had one of the best savasanas ever! I chose to stay longer and relax. I have been kinda frantic lately, I must have needed it. IT WAS AMAZING. Thanks Meghan! ๐Ÿ’œ

I did this video yesterday out of desperation to just feel better. I have been getting tension headaches daily from work/life and lots of unexpected events and I felt lost. So crawling in my bed to do this was an attempt to find myself even for a moment and feel better. The 32 mins came and went. I was extremely relaxed for the first time in a long time. And my headache was gone. Thanks Meghan. Gonna keep this one on hand for times like these. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

I have been wondering for quite some time how you moved so gracefully in your videos. I have been doing your workouts on alomoves and was so pleased to find this video when I started using your online studio this week. Now I too know how to move somewhat as gracefully as you! Thanks for the detailed and very explanatory video. Fun too!
