I couldn’t agree more with the other comments of this being deep, slow, and strong. I couldn’t get into the flying pigeon due to my wrists still healing, but I was able to get my fingertips to the floor and hold the pose, and just sink into that feeling of opening. I felt completely more relaxed, stretched out, and unwound at the end! Thank you so much for this wonderful practice ❤️

My body was still in need of something more nourishing for the second day in the row, partially due to a stiff neck. I almost skipped today entirely, but decided to try the new practice posted this morning, and it’s as though Meghan knew exactly what I needed! This was such a gentle and relaxing practice, and actually perfect for the neck. Thank you so much for this!

You know those mornings when you wake up and your whole body feels like it’s in a giant knot, either physically or mentally? That was this morning, and sleeping on my neck wrong didn’t help. I was craving a chill practice, but something so soothing, that it would allow my body and mind to get out of that knot. This practice was perfect this morning, and coincidentally done on a Sunday, which is referenced a lot here. My neck is still sore, but my body is definitely more relaxed, stretched out, and limber, and I’m ready for my chill Sunday activities.

Perfection! I just came back from vacation. I was only able to get a couple of practices in on my trip, but we did a lot of other activities like hiking, exploring, swimming, etc. And while that was amazing for my mind, body, and soul, the trip left my body tense and sore. This practice was absolutely the best in this moment, and offered just enough burn, while giving me that ultimate release and the stretches body has been craving! This will easily become one of my go to flows for recovery and “lazy” days. Sending all my love! ❤️

Yessssssss! LOVED this flow! It was so fun, playful, and nourishing. I loved the simple rocking back and forth and into pistol, which is one of my favorites of Meghan’s poses. My balance felt stable and I felt so grounded in the goddess pose with heels lifted! I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow, but will try to squeeze in some practices while away ☺️❤️

This is one of the practices that are in my regular rotation. I don’t know what it is about this one, and maybe because it’s a little easier on my hurt wrists, but I just love this flow, and I love seeing little improvements every time I come back, not to mention the juicy and yummy twists! The good news is, I don’t have carpal tunnel after all! The bad news is, we still need to figure out what’s wrong. Maybe tendinitis. Thank you as always for this lovely practice and all the practices you continue to share and inspire us with ❤️

This was so challenging for me with my injury, but I loved this flow! I noticed quick improvement when we ran through the flow at the end, and I was able to keep my ankle on my thigh much higher! This definitely went into my favorites. As a side note, I actually really appreciate the details in your practice, Meghan. It has taught me how to be safe and have better alignment in poses. Thank you for all your wonderful inspiration and creativity! 💕

I love this practice so much! Definitely also helpful for me as this was less wrist intensive. Though I didn’t feel quite as balanced today, I’ll be repeating this flow this week and find my stability. This went straight to favorites ☺️

I also agree with everyone in the comments about this lovely practice. I have had this one in my favorites for a while now. Kept away from it for a while due to my injury, but came back to it with my modifications today, and it was still perfect! Short, sweet, and fiery!

Day 21 completed! Somehow this truly didn’t feel like it was 21 days, as I looked forward to each day and all the practices. I plan on continuing my journey, either through this playlist, or my daily picks, or a combination of what my body is craving each day. I used to feel like I had to push through practices, difficult or not. Now I allow my body to guide the way and crave what it needs. Some days my body and mind craves relaxation and soft stretching and flows, and other days I feel fully energized to get into the more challenging practices. This challenge taught me to listen, observe, and just let go. Loved it so much! Thank you for everything, Meghan and Olga!
