Much love to you both! This one is in my regular rotation about once per week because there’s always that one crazy busy work day, but where I still need a strong and fun short flow!! Started my day with this practice and I’m going to finish my day with Exhale Alchemy tonight. I’ve been waiting to try that one to just stretch and unwind ❤️❤️

This is maybe about my third time doing this practice and I need to incorporate it more frequently. I’m noticing more improvement in my stretch and strength to get into this pose and I absolutely love the journey into it. Thank you, Meghan and Olga! 🙏🏻

Meghan’s side planks are one of the reasons I completely fell in love with her practices, so I was so happy to wake up to this new beautiful flow. I think I stressed my wrists recently, so staying on wrists for too long right now is still a bit uncomfortable, but I was able to get through this practice and loved the little wrist circles. Loved the creativity in this flow, especially landing on the ball of the foot! My side plank with the leg up felt so fluid as well! I’ve been rewatching the detailed hand alignment video and that has been helping in getting my palms and wrists in the right place. I’m also trying to incorporate more practices that stay less on wrists, at least for the time being ❤️🙏🏻

Decided to start my birthday weekend with the much needed R&R, and instead of just doing a rest day, I wanted a stretchy sequence. This practice was exactly what I was hoping for. Very nourishing, but with a slight hint of heat and stretch to hit in all the stagnant areas. Perfect! Thank you so much! ❤️

Center Point was such a grounding practice. I truly felt stable and balanced, while challenging myself to get deeper into every pose. Absolutely loving this program so far! Quick question, should I have started Metamorphosis from the first Align, or is it ok to go out of order? Thank you so much for all your beautiful knowledge! 🙏🏻

I forgot to comment on this practice yesterday. I’ve been wanting to try these programs for a while now and while I would have loved to take it from the start “Align”, I chose Balance. This was such an amazing and creative practice! Very challenging with the one hand balance down dog, but I loved discovering all the new little poses and moves I haven’t tried yet. Moving on to the second practice from this program today!

Came back to this practice today. Absolutely loved the journey into the pose! My leg has not straightened out yet, but quite the improvement from last time, so I plan to keep practicing this one. Thank you so much for this! 🙏🏻
