Unreal! So sneaky hiding all those sensations throughout the practice. I feel amazing. Thank you โ˜บ๏ธ

Hello! I just stumbled onto this pageโ€ฆ I think as part of the challenge I might need to come and say hi here but I might need to re-read the instructions ๐Ÿ˜‚

In any case, I really liked reading these words from everyone who had joined in and wrote here since December! So Iโ€™ll share in this moment anyway that lately Iโ€™ve been grateful to be a part of this community. Not only for my wellness but for the great feeling of getting to be on the journey with others. Itโ€™s been really nice being able to fit this into my life lately, and I bet you all can relate to that! Iโ€™m grateful for a lot of things lately.

Well wishes ,

kali

Hi! When do we post an insight on our feed? Between day 1 and day 14, or every day, or..? Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Šย

I have so many words to share but donโ€™t want to spoil this gem for the next viewer. Iโ€™ll stick to just saying it felt like opening up space for a feeling of effervescent joy. Thank you ! ๐Ÿ™ย

Hello! In pistol pose I find that when I squat with my left leg rooted I have a rock-solid foundation. But when I squat with my right leg rooted, I am a flying acrobat with my left leg swinging for stability, my arms grabbing for imaginary ropes, and my right sided squat giving way to the floor. In other words, I canโ€™t seem to find stability when I squat down or move through pistol with my right foot planted and my left leg lifted!

I would love to work through this with a progressive practice on pistol pose that works to strengthen one-sided instability. The hips are a funny thing with their ever present favouritism of one side, but I feel that working through pistol with this in mind can be a useful tool :)

thank you Meghan and team!
