I loved doing this class (for the second time)! I enjoyed everything from start to finish! The warm-up on the back (plow and pistol squat), then all the lateral stretches with one leg bent to the side, the half squat transition, the shoulder and back stretch with the strap work! The length, the difficulty and the variety of exercises were all absolutely perfect, beneficial, challenging, effective and beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you! and more classes like this

Another magnificent practice. I loved these movements of contraction and opening, folding and unfolding, rolling and unrolling. Quite slow and repetitive at first, but then the impulse intensifies and the heat gains and the effort is intense! Magical!
