Thanks again Meghan, this set of classes is really super efficient! I still can't make a handstand !!!!! but I'm getting close. They are all really effective and learn something new. I particularly enjoyed ‘head south’.

Dear Meghan, I agree with Alex. Really lovely class, this whole extract the nectar series is extraordinary. This one brings in its fluidity but still physically demanding all those movements of rotation that are so deep, so anchored in our materiality, our physiology, are beneficial, harmonious, harmonising. Once again, I've had a profound experience of the benefits of practising with you. .... I hope it lasts for a long time to come!

Hello, again, a wonderful practice! It's hard to find original comments when each practice is a discovery, an exploration of the body that pushes us deeper and deeper! In any case, terribly pleasant to do, it loosens, relaxes, strengthens, we explore and breathe! What happiness! I love it!

 Wouahhh!!! Thank you for this beautiful practice, intense, deep, complete, for me exactly the right duration!!! Everything follows on from each other, and repetition of sequences gradually leads to greater mastery. I love it.

Dear Olga, thank you. What's amazing is that it was only today, Thursday, that the lesson was posted on my home page! It's usually Monday! Thank you I haven't taken much time to do breathing exercises yet! I prefer vinyasas!
