Hello, another great practice that feels good! Here in Switzerland it's winter and very cold, so sometimes (often) in the morning I feel completely frozen, and the undulating, flowing practices are perfect for unclogging the machine! Of course, I can't finalize the posture in all its grace and sensuality, but the progress I make each time brings me closer! Thank you for all these wonderful opportunities to be a more beautiful version of myself!

I've already done this practice several times and it really is (like many others) one of my favourites! I succeeded for the first time in my long life! the famous side crow! I did several practices prepared by Meghan to achieve it, but I never succeeded. And this time, without thinking about it too much, and not being in much better shape than usual! I think you build it up slowly, and when the time comes, if you take things with a little detachment and lightness, it works! Thank you for this practice, light in spirit, strong and powerful physically, but fun, playful, full of humor as Meghan knows how to do so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Hello dear Meghan and dear Olga, as always a very interesting flow, a wonderful preparation for a very difficult pose (for me)!!! I haven't reached it yet, but little by little I'm understanding the process and maybe, one day, who knows? In any case, it's an attractive class, built towards a goal, with lightness, downplaying, without complexes and with humor! Everything I love about Meghan!!!!

Hello my dearest Olga and Meghan, I notice that contrary to my habit I have not yet posted a comment on this practice, which I have already done three times and which I love! Really intense, deep, slow but great! And today I've done Energizing flow again and I love it too, so different but calling on a variety of skills! Thank you Meghan for the richness and variety of practices you give us each week! This morning after Energizing flow I was in such great shape that I frantically cleaned the whole house!!!! Thank you for being who you are, thank you for being there for us!!!!

Dear Meghan and Olga, Thank you so much for this demanding class. It's interesting to sometimes work more quickly, more dynamically (although I'm definitely fine with slow!), especially when it comes to balance, which is very tricky to achieve in a fast flow. This class is clearly one of my favourites and the alternation of slower and faster classes makes for a very interesting mix. I really like the challenge that this class represents and I'm going to try to practice it several times...

A very different flow that belongs to the new family of the last three practices put online in my opinion. So interesting, a little unsettling, off the beaten track, but really a wonderful discovery! These practices force us to get out of our comfort zone, go towards the thresholds of discovery, so interesting, thank you again!

Another extraordinary practice, so inventive, but where do you get all these ideas from? I'm really completely blown away by this creativity, and at the same time this control, everything is organized and managed. I love it, again a favorite!! Thank you

what inventiveness, what ingenuity! Magnificent class, definitely in my favourites, already practised three times but still perfectible! I love this kind of demanding sequence, good length! Thank you again and again for these magnificent practices.
