Beautiful class! I'm amazed by your ability to turn a fleeting weakness into a strength that allows you to create, invent and sublimate yourself into something different! Despite everything, I hope the wound heals quickly, and I wish you all the best! It must be all the more frustrating because you love dogs! we don't always know what's going on in their heads!

This is the third time I've done this session and I still can't do it! Is it possible to enter the pose from the lizard pose? It seems to me that I had succeeded a few times (almost) in this pose, but by entering it in a different way!??

Thank you so much, this practice is beautiful and magical. Creative, original, deep, subtle, intense.... It will definitely become one of my favorite practices! I have already done it twice but I discover marvels of subtlety and intelligence of movement. I am impatiently waiting for other jewels of this quality!

Hey, wonderful tutorial, really helpful and always so well thought out! Unfortunately I'm not a very dynamic frog yet but it's a long way and I will periodically do this practice again. I did the same with chaturanga and now I have mastered it. So who knows maybe, even if the road is long, I will get there!

Dear Meghan and Olga I still add a comment even though almost everything has been said by the other participants! I love this series and what a treat at the end to have a practice that recaps it all in a dynamic way. You can see the progress and it is so satisfying. Once again what a genius of precision, the explanations are subtle and so clear... Indeed, I can only humbly ask you to continue to give us all your competence in these little wonders that are your practices! The series formula is really very interesting because it dissects each movement by focusing on a goal. Thank you again for this!

Once again a great practice! Quite demanding and strong but you feel beautifully stretched and laterally elongated. Perfectly measured as usual, with explanations and details that can only be found in Meghan Curries practice!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this commitment, I look forward to the new practices every Monday that never disappoint!!!

Hello Meghan, you are really great! Every week it seems that you are ahead of my expectations, every time I say to myself but this is exactly what I needed today! What a blessing, I love the lateral openings too, we feel so good during and after, to breathe better is to feel better, it is to find a new dimension to our body! Thank you, thank you very much for your practices, so intelligent, so beautiful, full of meaning!

I love to practice these sequences (I've already done it 3 times) but there is one thing that I particularly like and that is the transition to half squat, goddess and half squat. It seems to me that you don't often find this transition? Or am I wrong? Can you please tell me in which lessons it is found! Thanks
