Dear Meghan and Olga, Thank you so much for this demanding class. It's interesting to sometimes work more quickly, more dynamically (although I'm definitely fine with slow!), especially when it comes to balance, which is very tricky to achieve in a fast flow. This class is clearly one of my favourites and the alternation of slower and faster classes makes for a very interesting mix. I really like the challenge that this class represents and I'm going to try to practice it several times...

A very different flow that belongs to the new family of the last three practices put online in my opinion. So interesting, a little unsettling, off the beaten track, but really a wonderful discovery! These practices force us to get out of our comfort zone, go towards the thresholds of discovery, so interesting, thank you again!

Another extraordinary practice, so inventive, but where do you get all these ideas from? I'm really completely blown away by this creativity, and at the same time this control, everything is organized and managed. I love it, again a favorite!! Thank you

what inventiveness, what ingenuity! Magnificent class, definitely in my favourites, already practised three times but still perfectible! I love this kind of demanding sequence, good length! Thank you again and again for these magnificent practices.

Beautiful class! I'm amazed by your ability to turn a fleeting weakness into a strength that allows you to create, invent and sublimate yourself into something different! Despite everything, I hope the wound heals quickly, and I wish you all the best! It must be all the more frustrating because you love dogs! we don't always know what's going on in their heads!

This is the third time I've done this session and I still can't do it! Is it possible to enter the pose from the lizard pose? It seems to me that I had succeeded a few times (almost) in this pose, but by entering it in a different way!??

Thank you so much, this practice is beautiful and magical. Creative, original, deep, subtle, intense.... It will definitely become one of my favorite practices! I have already done it twice but I discover marvels of subtlety and intelligence of movement. I am impatiently waiting for other jewels of this quality!

Hey, wonderful tutorial, really helpful and always so well thought out! Unfortunately I'm not a very dynamic frog yet but it's a long way and I will periodically do this practice again. I did the same with chaturanga and now I have mastered it. So who knows maybe, even if the road is long, I will get there!
