Dear Meghan, once again, thank you for guiding me into my deepest emotions!! My intention for this class was to let the emotions of my childhood flow. At the beginning, while I grew into tadasana, with my eyes closed, I felt like a seed becoming a tree. It was a transformative moment. At the end, after months without doing the wheel, I could do the three of them; and while listening to your sweet voice comparing our intention to a feather blowing in the wind, I breathe and let the suffering of my inner child blow away. Oh, Meghan! I'm so grateful for this state of awe you've helped me to create! I was transported to the birth of my second child. To the first night he was out of my body and I slept with him in my arms, amazed by life. I could also recall the birth of my first child, where the presence of fear and pain slightly clouded the wonder of the experience.
