Packed flow! So much yummies 🍭. I still can’t roll up to squat roll, thought I needed more momentum or focus. Then I saw Meghan doing it with zero momentum! Started off feeling as light as a feather , 3/4 through not so much! Crow poses went great xx

Should the pelvic floor be active (straw draw in and up?) throughout the practice, through the undulation at the end of this practice. and during all the other practices? this action of activating and drawing in and up should always be activated? Last question, the swallowing of pelvic floor is the same as bundhas?
