strong flow I really appreciate these old-ER solid flows 😍 .. my practice was cut off a few time, so it was v messy. pls can we have more upper back openers, anahatasan flows & dolphins upper back openers 🙏🏼

Thank you 😊 beautiful vinyasa.. my foot was a half meter away from my head at back bend hehe.. but please more cobra undulation/ spiraling/ un-spiraling with hand tangled behind. Can we have surprise peak poses embedded in classes? we can modify to our abilities or skip (tripod, dolphins, headstand etc)

Olga Pachina lots of love  💕 thank you, maybe a dolphin skill vinyasa class. Also Olga is it possible to have a squat to standing to squat , to squat on toes sequence. Can’t remember which class it was but it was also great
