This is the toughest practice by far 😰. I loved the preparation for one legged crow, squat roll ups 😍 , dolphins hold 😍 & one leg balances. All very tough long holds. Thank you Meghan. Self acknowledgment came spot on, lots of negative talk this past year. This past month, my acknowledgement towards myself is to self reflect in a kinder 'voice'

so glad I revisited dragonfly..beautiful practice lots of twisting, don't remember the sequence at all. Felt like the first time, only this time I was able to do my Dragonfly 🙌..twisting to the right is much more diff than twisting to the left. would love a bind vinyasa, warrior bind & seated bind if possible. I wish Meghan all the best & hope she's feeling better now & thank you for this practice.

Felt great going over this practice 🩵 I remember another practice which incorporated Hanumanasana in its vinyasa but can’t recall which… please share it if there is xx
