I feel the same. Rolled my mat for a very long time, and joined back with Meghan two years ago. Also I am glad I did. Wish you a good journey back 

ouch shaky hands today! love coming back to this. It has everything, pincha/dolphine, handstand, crow, side crow, breath of fire 💙 Coming into side crow wout helping arm was very smooth this time around. Pulling heart through the arms was perfect tip
