A Little Update on Meghan 💛

Hi sweet community,

I wanted to share a quick update with you all — Meghan is still resting and hasn’t been able to record new classes for the online studio just yet. She's taking the time she truly needs to care for her body and energy, and we're continuing to support her in that gentle process.

There’s no set return date at the moment, but we’ll keep you in the loop as soon as she's feeling ready to create and share again.

In the meantime, there are still many beautiful ways to stay inspired inside the studio:
🌱 Vow to Bloom – May is unfolding this month with the theme Rooted Grace & Grounded Magic. It’s a beautiful path to explore balance, presence, and grounded connection.
💛 You can also visit the Move from Love 5-day workshop — it’s full of soulful movement and heart medicine.

And for those of you already in Vow to Bloom - May, how’s the journey feeling so far? We’d love to hear your reflections below. 💬

New Class Schedule Change: Releasing on Wednesdays!

Dear beautiful community,
We have an update for you!💛

Starting this week, new classes will be released every Wednesday instead of on Monday.

We’re shifting to Wednesdays to align better with the natural flow of the week and give you a midweek boost of inspiration.💫
With Meghan’s upcoming Europe tour, it will make it easier for us to continue bringing you beautiful new classes consistently.

Ahhh thank you for sharing so openly and tenderly 💛 Life sounds like it’s been a lot lately—and yet you carved out this pocket of presence for yourself, even without a perfect wall, even amidst the swirl of family and work. That’s so powerful. And I hear you so deeply on the resistance around meeting your children’s big feelings. That is such a full, emotional load to carry—and it’s beautiful that you’re recognizing it with compassion. “Letting everything be there” is a courageous and loving choice. Dear Danger, so glad you’re loving the program! It was originally a 6-month live journey, and now it's designed as a 6-stage self-paced experience.

That means there's no pressure to do one stage per month—you get to move through it in a way that fits your body, your life, and your practice 💛

A general rhythm we suggest is:🔸 1 long class per week🔸 + 1 short tutorial or drill if time and energy allow.

When we ran it live, it looked something like this:

• Week 1 – Intro to the workbook

• Week 2 – Practice 1 + a tutorial

• Week 3 – 1hr practice + Q&A + drill

• Week 4 – Practice 2 + Foodgasm 😋

If you're feeling challenged by the Breath classes (which is totally normal!), trust your pace and adjust as needed.✨
