new favorite! that sequence felt really good! so nice and sweaty and stretchy, even though my legs only came a few inches off the floor during locust I enjoyed the journey.

question for Meghan: when lifting the legs up into locust, can you elaborate on the hands' position? I tried hands placed on the inside, outside, and directly underneath my hip bones and the sensations and muscle activations needed to lift were different each time. thank you as always, this was wonderful <3Β

watching my foot while I balanced on it made me giggle, so twitchy. I really enjoyed this class, it felt very playful but challenging. balancing is a great exercise for the brain :)

a class request occurred to me: foot strength and mobility? maybe it's my foot shape but balancing poses nearly always make my standing foot cramp up. thank you <3

I really loved this one, an unexpected journey. I agree, "lush" is the perfect word to describe :)

also, an anecdote: not too long ago I took my first hot yoga class at a studio (second yoga class at a studio ever!) and was pleased to notice how my practice with Meghan in this studio prepared me for the challenges of hot yoga. I'm stronger than I thought I was ☺️ I don't often comment because I'm not much of a social media person but I do these classes as often as I can, I'm so dang grateful for them πŸ’«πŸ₯°πŸŒΊΒ

For a moment before the beginning I considered choosing another class and coming back to this one when I have more experience but I'm really glad I stayed. I'm still many practices away from fully expanding my visvamitrasana but this was a fun journey. I was able to get out of my head, which is my biggest reason why <3 yoga with Meghan is the best part of my day, so grateful for this studio <333

Commented on Reverse Undulation

what is it about feeling resistance toward the things we probably need the most? I always skipped this class, like "no I have more important things to focus on than reverse undulation 😎." meanwhile, I've been feeling as thought my upper back flexibility has been plateauing. now I'm wondering if this type of movement is exactly the kind of strengthening I've been needing to open up my back... interesting! forever feeling sheepish and humbled by the paradoxes of life (in a good way ☺️). Meghan you are a genius! thank you kindly <3

Profoundly moving. I have no words, that was pure magick <3 I will return to this again and again to submerge my body into whatever this current is I'm feeling right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

upper back flexibility practice is so hard but so satisfying. this ended in a deep, sleepy, sweaty savasana and a very calm, chilled out ape brain :) I felt fine before practice, now I feel freakin amazing. this caused a tangible shift in consciousness for me in the best way, thank you!!Β

I am also very glad someone requested this, I've been wondering about this transition for a long time. May I request a video about shoulder mobility? I have so much stickiness in my shoulders from years of pole dance and being a side sleeper. I stretch my shoulders almost daily but would love to know how Meghan specifically targets shoulder flexibility/mobility. Thank you!Β
