Hi Meghan, I would love โค๏ธ a class where you break down flip dog to wheel. I am a bit on the stiffer end with my wheel but would love to one day be able to transition from the flipped dog or wild thing to a full wheel or at least work towards it. โ˜€๏ธ

thank youย

Hi Meghan,ย

So far I love the content. There is something for every day even on days i am very short on time or tired. Listening to a meditation in bed at the end of a long day does fill my cup. I have been listening to the book on audible while driving. Yeah, there is alway time while commuting to and from classes. I have started to work trough the workbook but not finished there.ย

Thank you for sharing and checking in. Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

he instructions were, belly rolls underneath the ribcage, the lower ribs draw back down and the chest releases together. I keep the visual when I am breathing. Just interesting how many ways there are. I will explore more chest down for a change.

Hi Meghan, this morning a did the Friedly Spirit practice. I recall breathing in back to front of the body. Belly first then chest. exhale front to back chest then belly.ย

I have been taught to exhale belly first then chest instead of chest to bellyย  ๐Ÿค” Is that purely preference? thank you for your time.
