Hi! I’m hoping to ask Meghan for some advice on how to improve thoracic mobility and flexibility? A comment I’ve been receiving lately is that throughout my asana practice I am bending from my low back or ‘dumping’ and I would really love to be able to understand how to not do this. Back bends are my favorite poses, it makes me blue to know that I am not doing them in the safest or kindest way to my body! Lots of love.

Thank you Meghan and the team for creating and sharing this Q&A! So informative, helpful, and inspiring. I have a q, I’ve recently embarked on my 200 hr YTT and it is a 12 week program. I’m just curious, do you have any nuggets of advice for those who are just beginning their journey as teachers? A hope of mine is to be able to attend one of your 300 hr YTT in the future. Do you have any advice on constructing the flow of a class, videos to watch, books to read, etc? Like, what would you tell your younger self when you completed your first YTT and began teaching? So much love and gratitude!

I just wanted to come back and say that after completing this program several times I have noticed increased strength and ease in my yoga practice. My feet feel lighter and my core is steadier.

I, myself, and my body thoroughly enjoyed the development of openness through the tangled experience. It is funny because I am currently healing from a minor cold, so my nose is a bit congested and stuffy, but this practice helped me find the ease in breathing again despite the stuffiness! Thank you Meghan! 💜
