Hi Meghan and Community 🩷

I just started a new job and am craving a type of 30-40 min morning flow I can do before work! I really love the 30 min after work yoga flow posted on YouTube, something simple, sweet, and gentle to stretch, inspire, and set intentions for a positive day! 😊

I really really loved this class. I’m returning to my daily practice after some time, and I’ve noticed my chest and shoulders are especially tight, and I’m feeling alot in cobras or… really any shape, opening my heart to sky, any tips on how to ease opening and strength back into this area, or any upper body lovin’ classes in the future? So much gratitude! 🌱

Hi hi, love this course! How do I go about submitting this course as CEUs w Yoga Alliance? And is it just this section of Align that is 6 CEUs or is it the entire metamorphosis program?

Whoaaa, this class was just what I needed. I really did feel a connection to my midline which allowed me to unfurl deeper into each shape. 

I really enjoyed the cobra with bent knees and the drills/repetitive movements!

This flow felt soo good. I originally intended to do another one of the classes, one that focused more on legs and allowed for a break from using the wrists, but I clicked this one on accident and it ended up being exactly what my body, mind, and spirit needed. All the side bends felt so delicious, and I especially enjoyed the movement and pace between each pose and through the transitions, my mind felt at ease and I spent more time able to focus on sensation and breath, versus wandering thoughts. Thanks Meghan and team <3

Hi! I’m hoping to ask Meghan for some advice on how to improve thoracic mobility and flexibility? A comment I’ve been receiving lately is that throughout my asana practice I am bending from my low back or ‘dumping’ and I would really love to be able to understand how to not do this. Back bends are my favorite poses, it makes me blue to know that I am not doing them in the safest or kindest way to my body! Lots of love.
