A short and sweet, love the breath of fire at the end

These kinds of classes, especially the ones with the block under the heart, are my favorites, like a cuddly cozy blanket for my soul. 😌 Truly a delight. 🌸

Revisiting this practice, my body is healing from a cold and I was feeling drawn towards gentle and calming movement… well… it happened again, I fell asleep in the twist! Drool on my bolster, so cozy. Hahah. I love this practice! :)

Here on Christmas! I have a brand new mat yaaaay, and was excited to practice today. This class was great, I feel strong- even if I was shaking throughout the whole thing!! I feel alive and strong :) grateful to be able to move and feel into these sensations, watch the activation and heat simmer and soothe the negativity in the mind. So coool

This was such a fun flow! I loved the beginning with the hand rolls into padma mudra, especially how you broke each part of the hand roll down, when fingers where pointed towards my heart I asked for sensations of security and appreciation, palms towards the face I felt my own loving energy swirling around me and then padma mudra I gave all my love into the universe. At the end of class I felt so happy and grateful that I showed up for myself and did this flow, some parts felt difficult and I kept comparing myself to how certain shapes USED to feel for me, but with all the twists and turns of this flow I found I cared less about the negative or insecure voices in my head and more about the sensations and capabilities of my body and breath in the present moment! Much love. Thank you as always.🩷

Firstly, I love the Barbie mic!! And secondly, my mind was blown with the printed off copies of the workbook, and I will be doing that for myself very soon as it is a great idea. As many people have mentioned in the community, this program has came at the most opportune and fitting time. I have been feeling a deep desire to reconnect to myself and my practice and with the responsibilities that I have right now I find it hard to always commit to me-time. B/c of this I am extremely grateful to be apart of this inspiring journey that just feels so special, to be apart of this blooming process with so many other individuals, it feels powerful! Each day I have came back to my mat, to my practice, to my self, selecting one of the classes that feels most delicious to me in that moment, and I am soooo proud of myself for doing that, showing up every day so far, even when I haven’t always wanted to-especially after a long day at work. A gem I’ve received from daily practice is: I am worthy🩷

I needed this… After I got home from work I was sooo sleepy but I did the class Ride your Breath 101 and then a mini workout/dance party!! And theeen it was such a treat to take this beautiful class. I totally fell asleep at the twist, sooo cozy :)
