I really really loved this class. I’m returning to my daily practice after some time, and I’ve noticed my chest and shoulders are especially tight, and I’m feeling alot in cobras or… really any shape, opening my heart to sky, any tips on how to ease opening and strength back into this area, or any upper body lovin’ classes in the future? So much gratitude! 🌱

Revisiting this class, and I think it has found me at a really good time! Definitely a favorite I will return to.
At the beginning, I noticed a difference between left and right side both in my body and in my breathing between nostrils. I felt stuck and a little worn down after a longer day at work, and I noticed beliefs of unworthiness in personal and professional endeavors floating in my head. As I moved through the flow, I noticed with every twist and exploration into sensation the tangles in my mind and body slowly began to unwind themselves til I realized at the very end that my breathing felt more clear and smooth, my body felt truly wrung out and calm, and I felt proud and confident in myself after I allowed myself to play and show up when things felt difficult or stuck during the class.
So grateful for this flow. Thank you thank you!❤️
