Dear Meghan, thank you for this class. I began with a scattered mind and soul. During the practice, though, I could find peace (even with the creative flow πŸ˜‚).

At the end, I had to deeply call in the energy of my heart and lean into it. The final part being definitely out of my comfort zone. The strap being definitely out of my comfort zone as it gets confusing to me. While working with the strap and being on my belly I felt like a grasping cockroach smashed on the floor … πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ not infusing my poses with grace and elegance … I will definitely have to get back to this class! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, thank you for this practice. I came back to it after a very long time and I felt surprised by the depth of this flow.Β

I felt β€œkidnapped” by both the depth of the β€œsimple” asanas and by the rhythm of my breath, completely absorbed by every single activation you did guide us through.

Thank you for such a deep flow!Β

Thank you! Every time I feel drawn back to this practice, the flow is always a meditative one.

My mind is overworking these weeks, and (as you, Meghan, stated) bringing my breath to my thoughts is always very helpful and inspiring!Β

Love! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, thank you for sharing this practice. It was just perfect for me. Your words introducing the flow did resonate with my soul.Β

In 2025 I am calling for some important changes and moves in my life; in the last few weeks I behaved like a rebel to force the changes I wish in my life … like a squatter occupying my home-body to speed up the process.

Today’s practice led me to consider a slower pace with a more reflective attitude; being open to embrace the process itself together with the changes I wish. This being a more consistent and solid path.

I feel blessed and my heart is full of gratitude for this message you conveyed to me! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, dear Souls, thank you for walking together in 2025! Looking forward to sharing adventures together.

Yesterday, I did kick off the new year with the flow β€œDigest and Detox” as I feel drawn to twists lately.

I forgot how powerful this practice can be. After rolling my mat back to the storage room, I felt drawn to decluttering and tiding my physical space … and was so proud by the little thought accurate job I did.Β

To me, this was the best wish for the coming year: keep my physical, mental and spiritual space tidy and clean so that energy may find room to flow and deliver whatever new adventure I am meant to experience.Β

thank you for this special programme meant to stay with us all the year long!Β

Dear Meghan, good afternoon. I did choose this practice, to unwind from Xmas hectic hours, filled with to-dos and social networking. I di choose a twisting practice because developing my twist practice along the time, twisting is becoming Β more and more a meditation instead of a physical revolving of my body. It is an-inward calling posture I feel being twisted by my breath … and it helps me digest my thoughts, my feelings, my to-dos … replacing them with a sense of BEING. FEELING BLESSED! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, thank you for sharing this flow! The concoction of asanas my body needed at the end of a long-hour working day! The practice led me to feel both my strength and stability even when out of my comfort zone. The most magical experience of the whole sequence, though, being the second twist (the one to the right). I felt it was NOT ME twisting … I felt I WAS BEING TWISTED, while my awareness was absorbed by the rhythm of my breath. It was so simple and powerful at the same time. I do thank you for sharing this flow! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, thank you for sharing such a juicy practice. After a long-working day, it helped me find my way back home, back to my heart and soul. I DO LOVE slow flows that allow me to dive deep into every single activation. Well known activations, which are never the same and lead me to new experiences and feelings/sensations. Each activation is a surprising journey … each time. Loved this practice. Thank you! πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ
