Oh my I really felt how weak I was as my thoughts kept drifting to no I cant do this but I tried to stay on the best I can, acknowlege the thoughts and then let them be there! Hoping to build more strength and cant wait for the last installment of the nectar series!!!

Wow this flow was tougher mentally than I remembered it! Guess its got to do with my break from practicing for about 1 week plus and not being as consistent with my practice for the past few months due to work! Feeling little quivers and shakes now after the class!!! Got to build that muscle again!
