just sending more love for this me time flow.. like staring into a murky lake and slowly seeing yourself not just the immediate reflection but the reflection of all the holding and the fear and the sad bits too. allowing space to just let it all be and ripple away into its ok keep going girl x

same same love these they are a super magic for showing how committed and strong you can be feel but also a very effective shake off of the day and the way your vinyasa feel and change with this layer of jam is most amazing super hallelooyah for the yoga habits I wonder if possible for another collection may come so we could alternate monthly? also find it very effective after running ? hamstring love
