ahh so last was May and this September. too long!

today I feel the stirring of deep something tangled my up threw me of kilter my way needing to be found.

I practiced this after shake and release so already the dust had surfaced to release my wild to weave through the knots the debris the dirt to shift the rooted something I didn't no how to find it was heavy hard work like digging ground deep with weeds. but work which needed doing.
