lovely feels wherever I was at I will enjoy the feels a bit more then look at the elevation and giggle but the feels certainly make you want to come back. 🧡

wild wild ride such a beautiful start to wonderful month of May.

the sun came out with the taurus moon. the birds fill the trees and freckles appear.

though a little tired this practice is like claiming back your body and spirit soars with opportunity to explore.

I opted for hollowback forearm my arms tired aside from that I explored all with loving mouthfuls and breath wildly delicious.

a friend lent me her drum so the class generated a confidence to pick it up and work out some more rewilding rhythms a good bop and a bang 🧡🌸

Knitting is my slow down.

When I am all spent limbs super tired I knit and watch something a little pants or peculiar. I like the quiet and not to talk. I eat and let this be exactly what it is.

Slowly the throb, weary and the pooped passes to find the twinkle again.

need to come back on the weekly I forgot how fabulous this flow is felt so different the strength and the confidence to explore more hands lean and lift. I know I'm back to front here but this felt the right place to come for that 🙃😍

The magic is real. I love it I lean in I listen.

With connection, direction and space this programme is really another Meghan magic super empowering medicine.

I have found a creativity and confidence in practice and teaching outside of the programme in reflection the growth is very real.

The magic is beautiful however I would love a space to encourage the business as a yoga teacher ?

It can feel very much a fumble at times in the dark. Trusting the showing up and finding your people. Sharing sharing.

The tenderness of giving, how raw we are left. The burn out, the space of the comparison, content,  when to eat, and chasing payments. Being poor, but so very grateful for the cheese your students bring you !

These experiences sometimes seem so lonely when everyone glows and shows the shiny success. but they can’t be so lonely.

Could we have pearls here?
