In this class Meghan brings the awareness to the UP DOG in the tows and the flowing from up dog to down dog with the front of the tows. Which is a very advanced move, it requires great strength in the fingertips since you bring so much weight forward while you press the hearth forward with the front of the tows! So good! Thank you Meghan for the inspiration to love ourselves and to share with each other. So much beauty in this online studio to be celebrated today.
