​Revisiting this BEAUTY of workshop. I am over the moon that I have the time this week to delve into this pure honey of our being guided by your tender and genius poetry physics cues. 

​I have been revisiting this class since it came out, today I grew it so nicely, so open, the incremental aspect of it unravels over time, repeating the sequence. Makes me think of the styles of yoga, how the repeticion allows us to notice the changes. Thank you Meghan, I had a great week, I was able to practice more yoga and less HIIT!

Thanks for the reminder to soften... it's hard for me to allow myself to rest and relax. I usually do a strong vinasa on Sundays... today I had to let go of that and change the agenda... I am glad I allowed... Thank you sweet Meghan.💙
