So good, so deep so juice so strong! So poetic! Oh my, revisiting the Methamorphosis seems like the best way to celebrate my 10 year aniversary of practicing yoga, 10 years of being in love with the practice, my body, life! Thank you Meghan once again, have a prayerful day.

Oh, what a bittersweet news.  If may... as I was spying in other yoga online communities,  what I saw lacking was the other studios don't have Olga. You will be missed but also I am so grateful Olga for your big hearth always sharing love. Oh, thank you thank you. You will be missed Olga but wish you the best in your new adventure. It was so special to be seen, and to have a friend from afar cheering me up. I hope this weekend you get to swim with the turtles again. Much love. 🌟 you are bright star Olga. 

Revisited again today and I am happy to report that I am growing stronger, this also means the efforts are still hard but I am able to persist with the effort rather than avoiding it. This concept was hard for me to grasp a while back but now I am feeling little by little getting stronger and staying more present with the sensation of effort to say it somehow. Thank you to all the team and a big hug to Meghan and Olga.💗 Dear Olga is a beautiful Saturday here in Houston, hope you are good too. 🏵️ 

So far we have 3 of them 5, Meghan releases them every so often. 

Meghan never lies! Caramelicious that was. I love the pacing of every class, always soflty grounding us into ourselves and then soflty lifting us up to go on with our days in the most tender way. Much love and gratitude to the studio. 💗
