Felt strong and hard, but always safe and thank you Meghan for the care every cue so helpful. Great series, will have on repeat for the next few months, I feel confident in my handstand journey as it is feeling achievable.

Just beautiful and mind blowing once you find the click of the center point in every pose. This class was full of insights for me, so good. Thank you always Meghan for sharing your magic.

Oh, what a bittersweet news.  If may... as I was spying in other yoga online communities,  what I saw lacking was the other studios don't have Olga. You will be missed but also I am so grateful Olga for your big hearth always sharing love. Oh, thank you thank you. You will be missed Olga but wish you the best in your new adventure.
