The most delicious welcome home this flow. I was visiting family for the past month and I am easing back into the practice. What a beautiful flow. Every pose so intentional. Thank you dear Meghan and a big hello to my dear Olga, I hope your summer is going very well with all the workshops.💙

I love how Meghan softly is turning up the heat in this series. The bum lift feels very hard but I was able to use the toe as Meghan showed. Thank you for this great series for the busy week days. 😍 Big hug to our dear Olga.

I am also doing it another round starting this summer. It's so powerful!

Dear Meghan! Take the time you need we have plenty of content to learn from. Much love in this time. Thank you for everything.

First time practicing this very rich nectar class. I offered the intention of reaching out to my brother who is a source of much conflict in my life, a big teacher of sorts. It's so hard for me to reach out to him because the aftermath is mostly hard to swallow. Big learning today, along with a great hearth opening sequence. 💗 Meghan and Olga wishing you a great summer ahead I know you both are very busy. Much love and admiration 💗

Dear Olga, all the practices are working I am much more confident in the wall after coming back to all the drills. Sometimes during the weekend I do long practices in the morning and a short one like this drill based in the afternoons, and I feel so strong and conected. Many thanks and much love.

What a beautiful approach to building strength. So playful, so mindful. I remember practicing handstand journeys with other yogis in alo and it was a kind of tedious torture, here I am invited to curiously FEEL and slowly progress by enjoying every part of the journey...💗💗💗 Loving the studio!

Tender and strong meditation that shook my world a bit. Going through memories and learnings it's definitely not easy but you brought me back safely and I feel grateful. Dear Olga,  I am sending you a big summer hug!🏵️
