Second time through self acknowledgement and it was fantastically strong. I am very proud of myself! I was able to pick up a beautiful cue today, I have noticed Meghan’s posture when she does the reversed swan dive, and she guides it with the front of the head, in this practice she breaks it down a bit and felt magnificent. Once again also acknowledging that you never know when you are ready to pick up a cue and then integrated it....beautiful practice, thank you Meghan and Olga, sending warm glow hugs!

I am in love with this kind of classes, reverse ondulation and I think also spine spa.... so good! Feels very sophisticated, like a mixture of dance improv with yoga!

Metamorphic Waves today... such a delightful and strong flow. I am celebrating today some victories: my side crow was strong, the grounding of the hands down cues took years to fully incorporate them, but it’s finally happening. Then I was able to extend the top leg back... wow! Thank you Meghan and Olga!

Wow, decided to revisit this one, the wheel at the end was the most spacious I have ever felt yet. All the cues aligned well with me, after like 10 years of practice! Thank you πŸ™.....

Dear Olga, the breathing for me has been challenging since I many times find myself thinking.... and the breathing keeps anchoring me back into my body... I guess unconsciously I am avoiding... Today I practiced Root and Reach, loved but it was hard! The beautiful thing about the Metamorphosis is that the moves are simple, but they are in itself quite challenging if that makes any sense..? Lol. Best way to start my Saturday. Thank Meghan and Olga.
