I am in between the Metamorphosis and this wonderful and deep Move From Love workshop. I was very intrigued by seeing the information about Meghan's workshop in Spain, and France, and I was thinking on emailing Olga about the idea of sharing that workshop with us online, and now perusing the Studio I found the wonderful surprise, that it already exists.  ☆♡☆ I am so in love with all the learnings and deep inquiries.  Thank you so much for this studio and all the wonderful content. It really is one of the highlights of my day. Thank you dear Olga. 💕

And here it is the most intriguing move that has been taking me years to incorporate and feel! Thank you for this description. I am enjoying so much the Metamorphosis. I was kind of speeding up through it but life is showing me to slow down a bit. Which has helped me savor the knowledge and incorporate it step by step. The cinging of the waist drill was also very fundamental, love all the drills! Thank you dear Meghan and Olga, sending you a big fall hug!

One year ago I wasn't able to lift up after dropping back. Today I lifted of the floor! I yelled like a loud ninja and lifted up of the floor! Thank you thank you for all those alignment cues they tenderly guide towards more strenght and engagement. 

I am embarking in the Metamorphosis in order and visiting all the content! The hand alignment tutorial showed me that I thought I knew! I have been incorporating some of the micro cues and it's a game changer. I love the notion that alignment is the result of consciously aligning...!!💗💝 so grateful for the studio,  always a spark of joy in my day. Sending you a big hug Olga, hope you are good!

What a great surprise to encounter the "dancing tree" out in the wild in this flow. Meghan's cues and sequences are in fire! Thank you for moving us and taking us in these journeys of being water and earthling like a puddle.  

Practiced this one today, thinking also about Meghan's birthday.  What a wonderful class from beginning to end, every part of the puzzle helping towards the understanding of the different ways to engage in order to be able to press. And after doing this class like 5 times over the last year, today I felt the little lift up into handstand! Thank you always Meghan and Olga! 💗wishing you a great week

Dear Olga, I would like to request another class with reversed ondulations I thought this class and Breath dance could be reimagined as a longer flow.. just an idea but I love all the classes! Thank you so much.

So many new moves! I just did a second round of the whole program and wanted to express once again my gratitude for all the content, sequences,  moves and insights around the side body. Always an intriguing flow from beginning to end. One of my the moves that really enjoyed was the moving of the wrist to elongate the extension of the side of the arm and you feel it up into the hips and psoas.  Thank you Meghan and Olga.
