First time through this plan, due to I have an injury in my ankle that is stopping me from jumping rope as usual. But this has been low impact and strong in the sweetest way. I sometimes have an aggressive relationship with my body while working out, like that desire of burning fat and calories. With this plan is more about learning to move through the sensations and allowing the heat to be there. It’s a little change on the perspective with fitness inspired movement. Also the breathing at the end leaves me renovated! Such a good program, thank you Meghan and team. Wishing everyone a great day.

What a wonderful practice, it reminds me need of Meghan’s program with Alomoves that included handstands and it was so much fun.

This was so humbling! And the best cue: keep it casual. Beautiful practice I feel so calm. I even kept going on my own some minutes extra in the breath of fire. Thank you Meghan

It was challenging! I got very uncomfortable at the beginning, but I have leaner to accept the uncomfortable feeling. Beautiful practice, as usual a trip to deeper sides with this sequences created by Meghan.
