Dear Meghan, could I ask for a long 2 hour class? Thank you. I will also love more programs like the wheel and slow motion potion, I love learning from you, the lectures paired with pratices. Thank you so much for all the knowledge and how it is so beautifully organized and explained to us. Love you.

I have been revisiting this class since it came out, today I grew it so nicely, so open, the incremental aspect of it unravels over time, repeating the sequence. Makes me think of the styles of yoga, how the repeticion allows us to notice the changes. Thank you Meghan, I had a great week, I was able to practice more yoga and less HIIT!
