Just beautiful. I was saving this class for today: my last day at my current job and getting ready for my new job in January. What feels so amazing about this class is that I am a sculptor and we say that making sculptures you have to embrace the unknown because many things can happen in the process... today I celebrate with this flow: my new job, my last job (which I loved so much that lead me to this new one), the practice of sculpture and this wonderful studio where I get to learn new moves to sculpt my body and mind. I love you Meghan, THANK YOU.

Dear yogis, I am Jacinta from Colombia and I live in Houston. I have been practicing yoga for like 12 years and with Meghan since 2017. Yoga is a beautiful tool we humans have to love and nurish our body and learn to be the best we can be.ย  With Meghan all this knowledge comes with so much tenderness, none of the physical abuse of any other sport or even yoga practice. Learning to love myself has been hard! It is hard! But with the soft wishpers of Meghan I have been able to learn to be patient and to be present. Just now I finished reading all the beautiful stories, so exicitng! A VOW TO BLOOM.ย ๐Ÿต๏ธ
