V​ery very special for me to have magically aligned the end of the year with my culmination of the Metamorphosis. In this class Meghan brings the awareness to the UP DOG in the tows and the flowing from up dog to down dog with the front of the tows. Which is a very advanced move, it requires great strength in the fingertips since you bring so much weight forward while you press the hearth forward with the front of the tows! So good! Thank you Meghan for the inspiration to love ourselves and to share with each other. So much beauty in this online studio to be celebrated today. Wow! What a beautiful learning about the cicadas! Meghan I love that fact, learned from you💗 I am about the head to the new mediation, and I wanted to share that I pressed into handstand today. Just pressed so much the legs came up, now dealing with the legs up there is to be continued. So so amazing to read the experiences of my fellow yogis. Cheers to cicadas.

Finishing the year strong with great timing with the Metamorphosis and Vow to Bloom. This class I really loved, it felt so strong and hard, but I also analyze that it is because I am also stronger so I am able to keep the full body activation for longer and that makes the yoga so divine and potent. And also hard, but that makes shavanasa very very nectary and delish. Thank you Meghan. 💙
