Loved this meditation/exploration, so many questions, insights, words of wonder, and so so much to explore, uau. I will be doing this one again, it's such a deep and profound meditation, one with so much wisdom and a path to true connection of self. Thank you Meghan, just beyond words, so much love and so grateful of you and have found you ❤️❤️

So interesting Meghan, the Empowerment theme tends to create quite some resistance for myself in the beginning of each practice! And then I trust myself and truly enjoy the practice!! So interesting to notice, notice the narrative, notice then my body resisting but I keep going. And this pose with the strap feels abs amazing, magical and feels so so potent. I mean, for me, every heart opening pose feels amazing in a very unique way ... I love it. Such an interesting class, thank you again ❤️

Uuuuuu this one was a narrative popcorn!!! So strong, surprising like "what's gonna come up now after the downward dog" hahaha but such a beautiful one. Def one to come bk to, to check myself, check the narrative situation and relationship to self. Also really enjoyed the hanumanasana alignment and strengthening focus, so so much awareness into the transition and posture. My legs were full on activated, could feel so much warmth of circulation ... so cozy and such a good feeling. And loved and laughed so much with the bow sides bridge haha I never had so much fun in bow and stop taking it so serious actually made me open up. Also specially after Ustrasana!! Thank you ❤️ !!

What an honor to finally do this class, I'm extremely beyond words to have experienced such an incredible practice, exploration and journey, truly am. Meghan, you truly are an incredible teacher,a being that has and continuous to show me so much, I learn so so much from you. Today I'm feeling extremely on fire, with the need to completely connect to all the sensations in my body, hence doing this strong and intense practice. By connecting to myself, I just feel so grateful and reminded of all that makes me and that there's so much magic inside, as I am part of something higher. Words can sometimes get in the way, but I'm truly grateful. It was intense, there were a lot of narratives, but the resilience that I've been creating throughout my commitment to practicing and with the longer practice today, I observed so much and stayed with what is, deeply listening to the conversation of the breath as it got louder with the intensity and as it softed when steeping. Thank you, so grateful❤️

Uau this class surprised me in everyway .. isn't it amazing, even after practicing yoga for some time, there's always new discoveries, this just fills up my whole being and makes me feel so inspired, so connected, so honored to be in my body. Today I woke up quite stressed from something that happened, and I just can't let go, feeling a bit of guilt about it tbh. So I decided to do this one, as I stepped out of bed to come bk to myself more light, more softed, more clear. And that's what happened, there were constant smiles, I watched narratives but I kept moving through the fire and feeling my body more and more deeply. I stayed with myself the whole time, the crow's have never felt this amazing and the "click" like an "iman", felt so strong, like a burning sensation, so powerful, this also gave so many insights .. breath of fire was powerful ah Meghan I feel good, powerful and inspired. The practice of yoga is truly magical, and you guide it so well as always, thank you ❤️❤️

This was quite a nice practice to do, very calming and meditative although at a faster pace with energizing poses. Sometimes I could feel tension here n there as I'm so used to your slo-mo feel & steep but this again brought me the insight and made me remember that yoga is way wayyy more than just how far I'm into the pose and externally how I look. Ofc I felt so prouf of myself when I fist attempted handstand hops without a wall and felt so good!! But, is so much more how I feel when I'm practicing and I truly want more and more to stick to this intention and the rest will follow. Going bk to the roots of Yoga and not the westernized approach of body based image only as it can disrupt or slow down the process of the beautiful and magical opportunities and portals of true self connection ❤️ This is for sure a class to come bk too!!! Much love and thank you ❤️

Meghan!!!!! This is for sure one of my favourites, ahh have you thought about in the favourites section, an option in which people could create their own "playlist" of videos, according to needs? I'd love that because I have so many favourite classes! This one ahh was just what I needed. So grounding, so calming, coming home to myself again when I find myself slowly being all over the place mentally and physically. Thank you Meghan, you're amazing. I really truly appreciate you ❤️

Uauuu that was surprising!! I confess I was like uuu what did I get myself into haha but actually, so many thoughts and insights shifting during this class. It was really interesting!! Def agree with all of myself on the fact that if we turned into "how it makes us feel moving in these postures" and observe and connect from there, the immense awareness created and produced is so powerful, so transformative! But also funny to observe the shifts of presence and thoughts about what I am about to do and if I can do it. So interesting with arm balances actually. Not all arm balances, for me handstand, sirsasana and pincha produce very different thoughts and sensations than other arm balances like the ones today for example, where there's a balance between strength, activation and alignment and also flexibility. Wonderful practice that I will be coming back to more for sure, was a wild of a ride!!!!!!! Thank you as always ❤️
