Meghaaaan hope you're all good ❤️ and enjoying the coming of spring!!! Finally I have a full on spring sunny day ahh has been so many island storms. So I hope I'm not asking too much but I just get so excited, you know your "Core Intelligence" series, you think you could bring something similar to the studio? Hello Meghan & this beautiful community! Hope you're moving smoothly through this month of so much change and growth!

So, I have a content desire, lately I've been loving practicing https://studio.meghancurrieyoga.com/programs/firefly-flow and https://studio.meghancurrieyoga.com/programs/majestic-bird-of-paradise I love that there's a more traditinal tone, more Ashtanga inspired sequencing and abs love the timing, sequence and queuing! and also staying longer in poses. So, I'd love and crave a longer similar practice to these with "challenging" or "advanced" asanas for 90 mins! I love longer practices and love learning more "advanced" postures with you Meghan!! Like a long progressive deep dive :) Big big hug, a big thank you & love xx

Uau Meghannnn, just wanted to share that the inspiration and words for Expanding Inward was just uau. Your song is just so powerful and together with you moving so so gracefully, was so profound. I loved this sequence, are you thinking in bringing into the studio? 😍 like, all of it, with all the movements. Just so so beautiful, beyond words, pure magic 🌻

Oh Meghan! Just to let you know that I FULLY fully resonated with your word on the latest newsletter you sent - "Heart's Wisdom". I'm so happy that you decided to listen to you heart and go for what it made sense to your soul, even if it was extremely hard to go through the decision of change. I had a very similar experience and unfortunately let the logic mind come in, when my heart was saying  yes ... and I usually, if not always follow my heart. But it being a big decision, although I was ready to get it, someone took it jus when I was about to say yes. It was also a land, not with a cacau tree! But with a guava tree! And was a beautiful place that I also felt home. And this was 3 weeks ago. I'm still thinking about it and somehow with a broken heart as my heart was actually there, envisioning all the great things we would do. So I'm with you on this, and will be remembering myself that whatever my heart whispers, I will listen deeply and follow ❤️ it knows the truth. Hello ! I'm Juliana, from Porto, Portugal and now living in the island of the Azores. I've been a fan of Meghan's profound & transformative teachings for a long time. As soon as I saw her on a video I just got completely drawn to her free spirit, spontaneous, funny, so incredibly intuitive, strong and deeply touching energy. She's so real and raw, I love it. I've been practicing yoga for about 9 years now on n off, but, since a couple of months bk, I'm fully committing myself on practicing daily. I want to learn so much !!! by going inward through the practices. I want to continuously keep on diving deeper into the world of self-discovery - I find it to be incredibly fascinating and never get bored of learning more and more about myself. I want to keep on healing, transforming, take care, grow and be more and more conscious and in tune with the core of my soul also so that I can share and hopefully inspire others. I find this program to be a reminder of self love, a true honor of self. Dear Meghan I hope you're doing good ! Meghan, there's this insanely healing and beautiful video of yours on YT - 12 Minute Relaxing Release Meditation - seems from a live class. I abs. love it ... specially when in need of release of any tension, when I'm feeling a little sick or just to simply connect. You think could be possible to have it here ? Because on YT is really annoying with ads before and after .. like a slap into crazy freaky consumption society reality ! 😅

Your voice, your guidance and visualization is really magic, takes me to another world within and out. Really love just doing guided meditations in savasana pose ❤️ Thank you always n a hug !

Dear Meghan, I just did the " Cradled In Kindness " practice and just felt and still feels so grounded and calming, still simmering in it. I was wondering if you could do a longer version, with more strappy poses? Also with blocks :) There's something about being strapped and supported. For me it creates a sense of connection, grounding and centeredness, just feels amazing to be strapped with your limbs, all of yourself for few moments. Also I feel like it reduces anxiety and reminds me of being here, with myself. Thank you for always listening to all of us here. Big hug ❤️

Hello Meghan ! I hope you're doing good :)

I want to ask you, I've been experiencing an on and off kind of sharp pain on my right leg in one of the hamstrings  : biceps femuris longus, I feel and think. This sharp pain gets awaken sometimes when I do uttanasana or humble warrior, happy baby pose or lizard for example. I don't really know how to deal with it. Sometimes I can also feel a tingling sensation after certain types of practice but only in the right leg. For ex : if i've been doing a long uttanasana. Do you have any tips for this one ? 

*doesn't happen all the time but it's common ...
