Loved this short and so nourishing practice, how it started really set the tone and grounded myself into the moment. Doing more core with you has been sooo good, I never really enjoyed so much to do abs work but with you I love! This is a really nice practice to start the day for sure if there's little time or in the end of the day when there's that little energy left to release!! After the second bow I really felt like chilling a bit longer maybe for 1 or 2 more breaths. I loved it and will be def coming to this one! Ah also you know what? Somehow I feel more like I enjoy wideish open frog leg jumps then closer legs.. is it ok and a good progress for frog jumps anyways? Big hug xx

Oh Meghan I really felt it in my body and uauuu did i need this. Sometimes I can get so caught up in progressive classes - postures and really feeling that high of noticing strength and all but then actually I also need to balance all that with more softnesss, tuning inwardly in a soft way. And this class combines all, oh my body and myself truly thank you!!! Meghan, would it be poossible to create individual "playlists" within the studio? And also, would there be a possibility of logging into the studio offline without internet? Because I only use personal hotspot from my phone and sometimes the connection can be weak.. and the videos stop while practicing. It would be amazing. Thank you xx Hope you're having a great day!!
