Meghan!!!!! This is for sure one of my favourites, ahh have you thought about in the favourites section, an option in which people could create their own "playlist" of videos, according to needs? I'd love that because I have so many favourite classes! This one ahh was just what I needed. So grounding, so calming, coming home to myself again when I find myself slowly being all over the place mentally and physically. Thank you Meghan, you're amazing. I really truly appreciate you ❤️

Uauuu that was surprising!! I confess I was like uuu what did I get myself into haha but actually, so many thoughts and insights shifting during this class. It was really interesting!! Def agree with all of myself on the fact that if we turned into "how it makes us feel moving in these postures" and observe and connect from there, the immense awareness created and produced is so powerful, so transformative! But also funny to observe the shifts of presence and thoughts about what I am about to do and if I can do it. So interesting with arm balances actually. Not all arm balances, for me handstand, sirsasana and pincha produce very different thoughts and sensations than other arm balances like the ones today for example, where there's a balance between strength, activation and alignment and also flexibility. Wonderful practice that I will be coming back to more for sure, was a wild of a ride!!!!!!! Thank you as always ❤️

Thank you for this beautiful class, compass pose felt incredibly meditative, as the rest of the class. So soothing, gentle, opening, full of grace. Baddha K is a little challenging for me if I don't grab my hands in my ankles and press my elbows into my knees, this activation feels good, also can help with a slight elevation too. If it's with fingertips in front my hips round and my spine follows, also helps with a slight elevation too. But is such an interesting / challenging pose ! Thank you ❤️

Uauuuuu Meghan !!!! I LOVED this class, loved it deeply. Also so interesting because I've been thinking a lot about reading this book. And I've just started 2 days ago and I'm indulging in it so much!!! Funny enough 1 year ago I heard a podcast with her, the author and I was deeply touched by it. And now I'm finally almost in the end of the book as the weather in the island is a bit rough at the moment. Thank you as always for all the love you pour. You're my therapist in every spectrum of my being, body mind and soul. Thru your art I've been doing a lot of healing work, not only thru here but since I've been following your work way bk.I loved this practice, really touched me. The word and feeling of grace, that I've never contemplated before just touched me deeply in ways that I never thought. Such a gentle and beautiful non pressure and loving feeling I got throughout the practice and sense of the word and what it means. I had a smile throughout .. Thank you ❤️ so many insights

This was a really interesting class because it brought me back to the feeeling of being in the space of not knowing, of exploring, of questioning how I'm moving if " aligned or not in a so aligned way ", as if it was the very 1st class of yoga. I love that feeling really ! Coz I can move sometimes in a " aligned way " and this type of sequecing makes me explore how I feel in the moment, the mind narratives at the same time noticing how I can take the practice in a serious way instead of laughing when I fall or leaving space for " not so aligned poses "! So much perfectionism can take away further explorations and fun !!! So yea I like these creative classes and pls keep them coming ! Also noticed that some moves reminded me of when I'm creating a sequence out of how I feel my body tells me to move, funny, and this feeling besides inspiring me more to trust my body and it's spontaneous yawns gave me more confident and trust in my creative spirit !!!!

As always a beautiful opening journey ! Ustrasana is such an incredible pose, like most deep heart openings. Always remind me of the immense mystical power within, love the sensations during and afterwards ...  thank you for this one ❤️
