Loved this strong deeply intentional practice, the words and they're meaning, the neutrality and our perception poured into opposites, onto light and shadow and how it can change our experience! Love the emphasis on noticing neutrality ❤️ thank you, always so much wisdom .. so much that moves beyond poses, thatlet our body and our soul speak ❤️ so grateful
