Ah Meghan.. everything you create ❤️ so I was actually quite exhausted today and this practice really surprised  myself! It was strong with some sneaky inner narratives in some part that grew into something greater, stronger and beautiful. Loved the theme as I felt deeply into myself, honoring from the inside out and noticing how we can quickly and conditionally move from the outside in. Loved ❤️ I'm like a kid waiting for wednesday's surprise candy bag 😂 hope your tour is unfolding beautifully!! Love ❤️

Felt like simmering in my body, in my self with this practice again, as my body already knows that will be coming back into this one often now.
