Ahhhh what a practice.. I had so much tension in my neck and bottom of my head after waking up, feeling heavy in my body and this practice really made it all shake energetically in a sweet and soft way. Loved kapalabhati in the end, loved the checking in before and after and just staying with what is ❤️‍🔥 thank you I just loving getting into a sweet mindful flow like this
