Must be such a good feeling ❤️ I feel you on miscarriages, on grief, deeply, and I just want to share that you're not alone. So many of us go through the same, it's such an intimate, beyond words feeling, one that can also connect us deeply into ourselves, just like exploring a forest, exploring our own forest, our soil, what grows inside us and how is our ecosystem ❤️ I really believe that there's always so much that we can listen to as our body speaks to us constantly and I also understand that this language takes time to decode, but the more we tune in, the more connected we become, more fulfilled. I can totally and have been feeling this state of emergence since mid part last year somehow.. so it's interesting you mention this. So I love this Vow, I love that you created this for this community and more, hopefully will turn into a movement worldwide as the world is moving into very strange times. So to stay tuned into what we feel to regulate ourselves when things feel so stressful and crazy outside of ourselves I really think it's really so essential more and more. Like you mentioned, getting truly in touch with us - seasons - nature, being present in the constant conversation that nature always has with us, at all times.

Was craving some heart opening after arm balances today so I felt called in to do this practice. Ah so beautiful, like a dance between feminine and masculine, contraction and expansion, create effort and letting go, all at the same time and so creatively orchestrated. Thank you, I love these creative strong yet feminine flows ❤️❤️

Another love in progress practice!! Strong one but so soooo much I've been learning today. I love how you created the sequence. Savasana in the beginning to connect uauu so powerful ... the constant reminding of full body brightness besides being so poetic requires so much engagement - awareness of every little part that composes us. Somehow my mind kept moving onto the peak pose and inducing some not so motivating self talk! But I still kept on, not giving up, since last week I'm onto pushing myself but equally being sweet. The teeter totter didn't really manifest haha but totally felt the required activations that I will surely put into practice 😎 Thank you as always, I love learning from you!!! Love your queues ❤️
