This whole program has been amazing, all the insights, the words, the whole balancing theme has grown into so many layers of myself and life. Definitely agree that being out of balance is the way to experience balance and be grateful of all the growth to experience what it means to be, to feel balanced, even in the slightest moments in life or poses. It's truly a rewarding and empowering feeling for sure. Such a journey to notice the past/future thoughts throughout the practice or poses or breath, funny to notice at times the " rush " or thinking that it's the moment to move into another pose, instead of just staying with what's happening, but this is also part of the practice into noticing these traits. Love moving with you Meghan, and love seeing the ripple effect into other people's experiences ❤️ Thank you also for all the dedication you put into all, truly feels from the heart and I know it comes from there, big hug x

Ahhh Meghan, these Side body bliss program is just really one of my ultimate favorites, really really is. There's something about side opening, the sequence, the words, the tone of your voice, the timing that just makes it so so nourishing, so open, so safe, so intimate and special, it's really like coming home. It's so well rounded too, as in, it's strong, strengthening in all spectrums of the myself, so much space and allowance for space is created and so much inspiration is transmitted to every part of me. I feel open, strong and inspired for the day, thank you ❤️
