Aaaahh just what i needed today, really helped me reset and let go intense emotions I didn't need today. I loved what you said and such a good reminder, that whatever we are feeling don't last forever, it's so true and a constant reminder for myself. So to work thru the intensity and staying with it was truly and has been really healing, to create this resiliency, just like in life, live it in the body. Love this. Meghan, you think you could bring in to the studio that beautiful sequence you danced thru in the " Expanding Inward " inspiration? Thank youuu and you made me laugh so much btw, loved your humour 😍

This month was so growing, profound and metamorphic for me. Moving through all these incredibly meaningful crafted practices made me realize so much and truly honor myself, the strength in vulnerability and immense power that I have. Even thou has been a challenging month for me in my life, my practice and dedication has been giving me so much hope, so much calm, grounding and belief in myself. I've never felt this connected in my body and with myself. Thank you for all that you share as aways, forever grateful ❤️

Uau this practice was truly meditative, meditation in motion, so profound, so so meaningful. Hanumanasana felt for the 1st time so deep, I felt the letting go yet sensing all the activations, was really amazing. And visvamitrasana also felt for the 1st time accessible but also so profound, so strong, requires so much awareness and with this letting go felt so possible and true. What a beautiful practice, I feel so good in my practice at this time in my life. I've been learning so much with you Meghan, been growing so much ❤️ Thank you

Before I was in the studio I did this class on YT, I found it to be quite challenging and now, after 11 months of the release of this video there, I was really able to allow myself to flow, to feel every muscle, every breath and stay through it all totally immersed in the power.. so beautiful, I love these creative practices really, they're so powerful. And I love Bruce Lee, such an inspiration. Big hug and a big thank you ❤️

I'm really loving these creative practices Meghann ahh let your imagination run wild and I'll be here ready to immerse myself in more of these.
