Uuuuuuu this one always 💥💥 and i love it, love feeling all the focus, power and activation and stay with all within as it happens. And funny, not the 1st time my body moves into a spontaneous gesture or posture without Meghan mentioning and right after Meghan mentions that same gesture or posture ❤️ it makes me feel in synch and feel like our bodies know and show what they need. Love this ❤️ thank you once again

Meghan Currie Oh! I love this topic too and would abs love looove to hear your insights 😍 as I also can really appreciate being guided instead of guiding myself.. somehow. As in, I love all the cues and timing in your sequences Meghan, it really helps me bring so much awareness and new discoveries..

Uau I've done all the metamorphosis but each one of the themes and practices always amaze me. I loved my commitment to this one, loved observing the inner power even when the drops of sweat kept rolling haha uau one legged crow got challenged by my sweaty arms and armpits haha but I enjoyed, it was strong, incredibly purging with all the squeezes and holds, I loved it and feel renewed. Like detox in even beyond human ways. Thank you for the immense wisdow and incredible guiding ❤️‍🔥

Hello 😊 so I've been thinking and I have a request ( so many but I'll stick to one for now 😅 ) I'd love tips on how Meghan comes up with themes for classes as in, how is Meghan's creative process: does it start with a theme and if so, how does it unfold ( ex in a single class or workshop ). I'm looking for insights / tips related more in the theme sense, like the whole background process before coming up with a final sequence. Thank you so so much and I SO appreciate all the magical energy that Meghan and the team plants here in this wonderful place ❤️
