Meghan Currie yes! Thank you! 🌿 I find that specific struggle in getting my weighted foot to flatten (I’m on my toes currently) in skandasana, also in pistols I’m struggling to get my foot to flatten, and in this roll-up-to-squat I just couldn’t figure it out! I also have to be on my toes a bit in squats in general. So it seems like this is all related, and I’m hoping to strengthen toward growth in those poses! Any insights would be so appreciated! 🪷🩷

I loved this mind warp! Thank you so much, that final skandasana felt amazing 🌿I am discovering lately that my outer/side/backish thigh isn't wanting to activate-- I can't even find it mentally and ask it to pitch in! Especially for those roll-into-squats, it feels like my key player is MIA. I also really struggle with getting my feet flat in squats and skandasanas, and my inner legs overpower... so I am wondering if this is all related. The quest continues! If there is/are a class(es) I can build up that body teamwork with, I am open to suggestions! 🪶

Thank you, thank you!! I am absolutely loving the journal workbook so far-- I printed it out and did a deep dive this weekend to catch up to the day so that I can rebuild a daily journal ritual. Having seasonally reflective prompts has felt transformative, like I'm at a farmer's market to cook for my spirit! I grew weary of just reaffirming my narratives with 'brain dump' journaling and haven't found random prompts to feel generative, but this style feels soooo luscious and imaginative and I can see it building me toward choosing more carefully what I want to plant in the new year <3

Hi everyone!

I’m Rogan (she/her), a long-time fan of Meghan and a daily ashtangi rooted in Portland, Oregon, USA. If anyone is in town or nearby and looking to journal or practice together I’d love to connect! 💞 I am a social worker, so I am also soo grateful to Meghan for the pranayama guidance, meditations, and journal options that help me stay present in my community. Fingers crossed for more recipes, too, and maybe a henna or bangs cutting tutorial throwback ⚡️ much love to everyone!

Dear Meghan, this side body series has been completely transformational in support of my ashtanga practice! Being able to locate, strengthen, and ignite my side body to lengthen my spine in every pose, to move more from my core, to expand into the side of my hips-- wow, wow, wow. Most importantly, I feel soooo yummy and fun after each practice! Thank you, thank you <3

***Thank you so much for this class!*** it felt incredible. I am very here for a longer rhythmic pranayama class if you ever feel it is something to share via this platform. The counting build-up felt so nice and melodic and I wished it went on for longer! A meditation after would also be so lovely, that balanced space at the end feels gorgeous. For now, I will dive more into your Breath is Boss workshops <3

Meghan and Olga, thank you for diving into my question about the squat to pistol (and beyond!) transition! My body is buzzing, this awakened all of the asleep areas I've been trying to find --and they can be so elusive to locate since they're snoozing or actively rerouting me to the compensating areas! I really loved the brilliance of connecting all the moves in different which-ways, the builds, the momentum, the simple directions but still some lovely poetry (eyeball in my chest!). I'll be continuing to figure out how to get my heels onto the ground in squats/pistols but it feels exciting to find new areas to get curious about. Thank you, thank you:: this might be my new favorite class. <3

Olga Pachina Thank you so much, Olga! Hurrah-- I am thrilled to hear there are a crew of other yogis excited to dive into these mechanics, too. It is fun to find a new puzzle to work through! Sending much love and care back to you and the team! <3
