Thank you for this offering! I especially loved the final wash, it was so much fun to explore how poses could melt into each other. I kept noticing myself expect something to come next, and then laugh at going a completely different direction!

I love these classes that have journalish thought prompts and affirmations tied in-- lots of thigh strengthening that brought out all of the negative thoughts of "I can't" to work through! thank you!

Loved and needed this practice-- especially the very intentional focus on connecting to the Ground and Sky at the end, like a plug. I'm a social worker in public schools here in the US, and your teachings have been getting me through so much difficulty and, this month especially, have been helping me find the morning fuel to support seniors through to graduation. Thank you, thank you! <3

My intention today was wonder and staying curious (to light up my cells!), and there was a point in trying to rotate my elbow up while grabbing my big toe that my elbow just wouldn't move! It said, nope, can't do it, like it wa stuck in cement. And so I played with it a little, tried finding where my elbow was on an inhale and exhale, just trying to establish that connection-- and then it suddenly clicked and my elbow just gracefully moved up the whole way! Like there was never anything there at all! A new curious connection! Thank you for the reminder. Sometimes I go a while without finding one of those and think I've used them all up. So funny.

I'm tye-dyed <3 thank you. adding to my favorites, as well. this practice showed me how subtly my breath has become second focus to favor my body movement, and how to let them work together again. xo

Thank you, thank you for this practice-- it might be my favorite class of yours. I was an ashtangi for years practicing into mid-second, and my body recently started locking up and fears steadily rose to flood levels. It was heartbreaking and scary to leave the routine and predictability and strict pressure, but coming to these same spaces in my body (lower back! side body! deep core! inner thighs!) in new, curious, and somatic ways has really changed my life and advanced a deep healing. Thank you, Meghan! And thank you, Olga, for always being the heart in these comments!

Love love love the oozy back and side body attention <3 I've located many of my fears in those body spaces through Ashtanga that I am able to tend to with flow and repetition here in a different way. I recently stumbled across Meghan's Vancouver Real interview, where she shared her plans to go to Bali for a month and be creative... and now here we are, "post-birth"-- the bravery to stop everything, listen, and create has felt very inspiring.
