Thank you, thank you for this practice-- it might be my favorite class of yours. I was an ashtangi for years practicing into mid-second, and my body recently started locking up and fears steadily rose to flood levels. It was heartbreaking and scary to leave the routine and predictability and strict pressure, but coming to these same spaces in my body (lower back! side body! deep core! inner thighs!) in new, curious, and somatic ways has really changed my life and advanced a deep healing.
