Commented on Creative Feminine Flow

i remember doing this flow back in '22 and found it deceptively difficult and intimidating. My pistol squats were careless, and i remember shaking during goddess pose every single time we went into it.  Tonight I was reluctant to do it again, because I didn't want anything that was going to make me feel like crap.  This crap feeling has been present for quite a while, comes on easily and is difficult to get rid of.  So tonight I simply asked for a solution to a problem that has been troubling me for a while.  I got those little bits and pieces of the puzzle i needed tonight, and have a plan already in place to make things less crappy.  As for the actual flow, it was like night and day compared to '22  I nailed each pistol squat and felt like a true goddess in the pose. Just the confidence boost I needed.  Beautiful flow., thanks Meghan.

Thunder savasana at the end was perfect timing.  This was very flowy 360 on your mat yummy and equally intense class today.  The time went by very fast, and the pace was that currie style pace that i love.  I kept up for the most part and felt very inspired by Meghan to stay present, observe, and slow down my mind while doing this flow. To concentrate on how it feels. To listen to the parts that matter, and to learn from them.   Thank you Meghan and Olga for this class.  ❤️   As always just what I needed.  This studio is becoming my mental saving grace! Much love.

P.s. I did get it on one side.  Which made me pretty happy.  First time too!   The other side was pretty pathetic but I didn't let it get me down.

Meghan is the only instructor I have found that can flawlessly make a sequence that is slow......and juicy.   I loved all the long holds. That is one of the reasons I have been a student of yours for so long.  I always, always come back to you, and your style.  With this style I feel I can really focus on every activation, whereas if you put me in a fast paced class I feel they lose their luster.  and the emotions that come up.  Wow.  healing and nourishing.

This class was unique.  Meghan put me in all types of uncomfortable shapes.  My hamstrings were really tight today, and my mind was all over the place.  I wanted to pull out of it.  I wanted to stay in it.... For the most part  I stayed in the uncomfortable and tried to somewhat embrace it.  Seems that's how my life is these days, a series of uncomfortable events.  lol I always learn a little about myself on the mat, especially with Meghan's lovely words.  We are all a little more capable then what we think.  Here's my first attempt.  I kinda got something on my left side, and not much of anything on my right.   Now to work on straightening my leg.... I really would love a class on Kapotasna.  I think I have the ability, I'm just not sure how to quite get into it safely.  Love to you both and thanks for putting out such wonderful videos. .

What in the world was that?  So I have been doing yoga for 3 years now and have never tried this pose.  And I thought I was strong. When I saw meghan's legs fly up like is was nothing I was like " yeah I got this"  I did not have it at all, not like that anyway.  But I did get it a bit.  Thanks for keeping it interesting. Very creative and fun class as always. Pic for those who also barely got a lift, you are not alone 😀

What a great approach to teaching balance! It was a surprisingly simple class as far as the asana part, but don't let that fool you.  This class was definitely a challenge with a lot of long holds, bringing  awareness to balance EVERYWHERE... equal weight in hands, feet, back muscle activation, amount of reaching out and pulling in,  to name a few.  The mental awareness required was quite intense, and intense focus a must.    I found soooo much joy and rejuvenation in this class. I came to it after a vacation that definitely threw me off balance a bit.   I fell a bit but for the most part did well with her cues, that, as always, are SPOT ON!  I felt great after 😀 This class was just what I wanted in a good balance vinyasa flow.   Most balance classes I come across seem to be a sequence of difficult balance poses put together at a fast pace. I need that slow down on and off the mat! Lol  Meghan nailed it. Going right into favorites 💜  Thank you!

So happy someone thought to ask for this! I have been studying the toe movement of this transition for a while now and it is nice to have it broken down like that! Thanks 💜

Another wonderful class!  I crave all the slink all the time.  I slink everywhere in an attempt to one day slink as good as you!! Fun, fulfilling, nourishing, and calming.  Thank you for introducing tapping to me.  I have seen it, but never tried and really liked how it made me feel afterwards.  I am loving the shorter videos, your sense of humor, and how happy you seem sharing your wisdom with us.  I would like to see a headstand skills practice as well as a transition training video learning how to maneuver into wheel from wild thing then rolling back over to plank.  I have seen you do a lot of that in your youtube videos.  I would love to be able to as confidently as you.

Lovely class.  And I would also love to see more breathwork classes. 😁 So easy to fit into my day and the skills obtained from these classes have helped me so much with handling my anxiety.  Thank you!!

Lovely class! I was able to do a forearm stand for a second.  I will gladly take it.  I do have a question....when I try to do forearm stand with my hands apart, I can't.  I can do it only with my hands together. I feel much more secure and strong this way. Should this be something I try to correct?  Is there any benefit to doing it with you hands flat and parallel, verses hands together.  Just curious your thoughts on it.  Thank you as always for the wonderfully refreshing class 😁🩷
