Once again a great practice! Quite demanding and strong but you feel beautifully stretched and laterally elongated. Perfectly measured as usual, with explanations and details that can only be found in Meghan Curries practice!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this commitment, I look forward to the new practices every Monday that never disappoint!!!

Hello Meghan, you are really great! Every week it seems that you are ahead of my expectations, every time I say to myself but this is exactly what I needed today! What a blessing, I love the lateral openings too, we feel so good during and after, to breathe better is to feel better, it is to find a new dimension to our body! Thank you, thank you very much for your practices, so intelligent, so beautiful, full of meaning!

I love to practice these sequences (I've already done it 3 times) but there is one thing that I particularly like and that is the transition to half squat, goddess and half squat. It seems to me that you don't often find this transition? Or am I wrong? Can you please tell me in which lessons it is found! Thanks

What a little gem this new course is, Meghan!!! I not only loved the practice, but it felt great! Beauty is also the intelligence of form, of movement. That's what I love so much about your practices: everything is fluid, everything is beautiful but everything is intelligent, measured, thoughtful, harmonious! I feel beautiful when I practice yoga with Meghan and it makes me happy. This is the beauty that you give us access to, the full beauty, lived from the inside, the beauty of the intelligence of the movement that is empowering and beneficial! Thank you for everything!

I would need a better knowledge of English to accurately express all the benefits and feelings! Wonderful practice done in the morning but both energizing and relaxing. As always Meghan knows how to combine the two aspects perfectly. Fo me perfect timing, 1h20 to 1h30.

Wonderful class. As always the cues are so precise that everything is accessible! I really had a lot of fun, it's exactly the kind of class I like: a progression towards a goal, towards a more difficult asana. Little by little you prepare your body and you get there! Thank you for listening to our desires.

I have already done this training several times and indeed I understand and can do this crow pose much better! I finally understand where to take the strength, where to look for the balance! Once again I am so amazed by the precision and accuracy of the cues.

In this period of agitation and effervescence, it is good to find calm, a little introspection, a beneficial and harmonious return on oneself. All this with grace, delicacy and beauty. Thank you Meghan for offering us this space of femininity, of flexibility. I am older than you Meghan but I am just beginning to learn from you that admitting one's weakness is also a strength, accepting oneself at that moment as one is without wanting to hide the flaws, the difficulties, to accept, to give oneself the space to really be who one is. Thank you for this wonderful year spent every day by your side to learn in grace, delicacy, femininity, sometimes strength and tone, to learn who we are and be proud of it!

I really liked this vinyassa, quite fast and dynamic. I am one of the people who asked for a practice with less cues and more speed. But I have to say that I am looking forward to getting back to the slower and more cueing practices!!! So a little observation: we always want to try something else than what we have at our disposal but after testing we notice that we had the best! I think that what makes the extraordinary quality of Meghan's practices, what makes her brand image, is precisely this capacity to explain, to find images to make us understand where the strength must be found, how to position our feet, our hands, our whole body to be able to practice safely and to progress. The way in which she gives so many precise clues is really what I find inimitable, so specific to Meghan's approach! Thank you again for sharing all this richness with us and please don't change too much! Thank you for your kindness and for listening to our desires!
