Salut Salut beautiful community. I am Hannah, and I live in Swannanoa, NC, (down the road from Asheville, NC) in the triumphant Blue Ridge Mountains. Our community just experienced Hurricane Helene, and it is a tender wound we are all tending too. Originally from Louisiana, I am not a stranger to mother nature's Kali energy. I bow to it, and this time has now become a catalyst.

Before this, I had my own wounds, some self-induced, and others caused both intentionally and unintentionally by others. I felt as if I was already being buried alive, gasping for air. I threw my triple fire sign composition into overdoing at the gym, fawning over my children and partner, and leaving very little for my own self. I lost my yoga practice, but the night of the hurricane, the truth of the destruction hidden by the night and the slowly rising river, I found hope again.

I picked up Be Love Now by Ram Dass, I bought a new yoga mat and forced myself into spirit. I knew this was the only way to remind myself, not distract myself any further. Light began seeping back into my soul, and as much as I tried to shut it out (I can be a bit Bukowski like at time), it silently held my hand. Through community, through family, through my children, through my patients working as a registered nurse, through my partner.ย

That is what brings me here today. Along with adoring Meghan since the Cody app back when I first really found yoga. This is the type of yoga that changes the world, the one that begins in self-prayer, no expectations, only explorations.

Thank you, thank you, I am so honored to be here with you all.

Hi everyone, Iโ€™m Leandro, also from Argentina, Spanish and Portuguese teacher.

I was surprised by this unexpected and timely program andโ€ฆ I am already in the cocoon reflecting!

Many thanks, Meghan, for you and for creating this growing space here.

My apologies if I do any mistakes, my English language is still in development.

Sunny waves from our spring here to you all!

My name is Korrin and I live in Indiana. This opportunity came about at the most perfect time for me. As a mother of 3 and a registered nurse it can be hard to make space for myself. Vow to bloom is an amazing opportunity for self care and inner growth and ย I am allowing myself to carve out some time for myself everyday.ย

I am so excited to go through this journey of self discovery throughout the year, itโ€™s something I have been craving since I had my youngest almost 4 years ago.ย

Hello! I'm Nayiri, a California native, living and working in Texas (USA)!! I'm hoping this program will help me stay accountable in getting some daily movement and reflections. I'm a resident physician, working lots of hours each week :) I always found Megan's classes to be different from the rest and I'm looking forward to the coming year!ย ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

Hi! My name is Cassandra. I am Canadian but living in Australia (Melbourne). I am a primary teacher here with my husband! Growing up I was a gymnast and retiring from the sport at 15 left me with a hole in my life. I struggled with finding a good relationship with my body, mind and soul. Yoga helped me find myself a 'post-gymnast me.' From 16 on I did classes at home, eventually tried out yoga studios and loved the community. I love the feeling of celebrating what my body can do in a way that is so different than gymnastics which was steeped in this notion of 'push push push' instead of 'listen, breath, accept, love, etc.' Meghan's studio is something really special to me, because joining in 2021 and deep diving into her Metamorphosis program was a huge shift in my practise. I had done yoga for about 10 years but classes weren't able to really get me to my edge and challenge me. These past 3 years are when I have been more consistent than ever, practising 3-5 days a week and I have watched my body become strong, like it used to feel growing up. I feel like I've found myself again. This year long journey gets me so excited as well because I am always working to develop my self-care practises (especially as a teacher). Thanks for listening to my story and lovely to 'meet' you all!ย

Hello,

My nameโ€™s Mary from UK.

Firstly how hard it is to say who what you are ?

This week I ordered some business cards and still to put โ€œmeโ€down printed, thatโ€™s me, thatโ€™s what I do blows my mind and also makes me gulp am I that!

So the beginning of exploring sharing the wonderful world that wrapped itself around me a stirred every part of self and soul with willing humans on the weekly, the first year has past and persuaded me to leap from the full time shrink the regular income in half and empower me with the energy and time to take myself seriously and sell me where for years I have sold for someone else.

And I remember in my YTT at the beginning โ€œyou may find maintaining your self practice difficult alongside teachingโ€ in my head I was like no never, and now Iโ€™m like where did that go.

So yes yes yes Iโ€™m here Iโ€™m down Iโ€™m up for it bring it on every which way Iโ€™m hold hands with you all I have no doubt from all of the amazing spaces I am honoured to have experienced with MC this will be a magnificent experience which will run deep wild and wonderfully.

So grateful to joinย โค๏ธ

Hello from Melbourne Australia -ย  I am a longtime student and teacher. I aim to use this program to stay accountable to my own growth, stay inspired to be able to inspire others.

Meghan your lighthearted way of blending the physical with the spiritual, sprinkling of laughter, precision cuing is very appealing to me. Creating structure and purpose, having a sense of connection to a community of fellow yoga lovers. Curious for what is to come. โ˜€๏ธย

Hi Meghan, I am super excited about the new program 'A Vow to Bloom.' I am an experienced yoga teacher in Vancouver who is new to your practice and I have been touched by your classes. I have a subscription to your online-studio and recently did Metamorphosis. I found the program so challenging (in so many ways) yet beautifully transformative. Thank you for that.

My questions are the following:

1. Do I have to purchase the new program 'A Vow to Bloom' in addition to the yearly subscription or is is available for free to subscribers?

2. When you put out the calendar, do you mean for us to do all two or three of the practices listed on that day or to choose? Of course I understand that we can choose what works for us (and our schedules) but is the intention for us to do the complete list?

3. Where is the 'Resources' tab four the journals et so on? I know they will start on Dec. 1st but I do not see the tab at the top of the page.

Thank you and I cannot wait for this journey to begin.
