🌸Class Update for This Week🌸

Dear beloved community,

Just a little note to keep you in the loop - Meghan is currently traveling and nestled in a remote location, tuning in with nature and the unknowns of WiFi.🌿🌎

She’s in the process of finding a quiet and grounded space to record this week’s class, but due to unpredictable upload capacities, the release might take a little extra time.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we flow with the rhythm of the road. Your support means the world!

With love,
The MCC Team.🦄

Hello! 😃

I discovered you several years ago on Alo Moves. You became my favorite teacher on Alo. My favorite series' on there were Honey and Practice. There was a flow to vishvamitrasana on Honey that was AMAZING and I loved the strength-building (with blocks under hands) of the Practice series. Doing chaturanga and updog with blocks under hands is NO JOKE😆 I also loved the class called Fresh Squeezed. I am a fan of the slightly-faster paced (slow/fast?) strength-building flows and would love to see more of them. I've done a few on here that are certainly comparable, but I'm still finding my favorites. I also love to add on one of your core-focused classes at the end or beginning of a flow, so please keep those coming. I appreciate you and all that you do.

Greeting from the North! 🌲🏡🌲

Hey there! I’m Devon. I live about 8 hours beyond the last road in Yellowknife Northwest Territories, where me and my partner live a subsistence lifestyle, wildcraft, & produce traditional dryfish. Before living here I was an an agriculturalist, yoga teacher, and textile arts educator. I absolutely love living where I do, & the depth of our immersion in the boreal forest. I’m still figuring out the balance to keep a healthy connection with the yoga community, my personal practice, and marry that allllll together with our lifestyle here. It is a beautiful project under continual creation. I’m recovering from multiple miscarriages, so I’m also negotiating a conversation of grieving, of love, & of acceptance with my body. I’m truly happy to be sharing this Vow to Bloom time with you all. Finding a community here is such a blessing. I added a few photos, as a window on our life here. ❤️

Hello, just a question: are Meghan and team going to do 200 or 300 teacher training this year?

A Gentle Pause This Week 🍀

Dear Sweeeet Community,

I’m taking a short pause this week to rest and restore — my body is asking for some tender care, and I want to listen with love.

So, there will be no class this week as I focus on healing and slowing down.

I so appreciate your understanding and the space to tend to my own well-being.

I’ll keep you posted as I ease back in — and I’m looking forward to being with you again soon, with renewed energy and heart.

With love,

Meghan 💛

Just a general comment: I've been practising on Meghan's site every day for over three years now, which means that I've done a certain number of classes! often according to my needs or the mood of the day!... but now, thanks to these monthly suggestions, I understand even better the coherence, the intimate link that links each of these practices to each other, the progressions, the infinite variations that allow us to progress, evolve and change in a coherent way. Thank you for these suggestions, for sorting through the extraordinary number of classes. What a great piece of work, and you may be really proud of the quality of these videos and the richness and variety of the training. With love

Hellloo Novel Nesters!

I've created this new channel for us to share our insights and inspirations as we dive together into the monthly "book club" for a Vow to Bloom! yay!

This months book is "The Hearts Code" by Paul P. Pearsall, and I'm so excited as I believe it's going to be a profound one! I started diving in last night in bed and as my eyes absorbed the words, my heart began to flutter with lightness. These words really stood out to me, so I wanted to share the screen shot here!

Has anyone else had a chance to start the book this month? If so, any insights or thoughts?
🌸
Love you!!
Meghan
