seeking out the magic growth time when the days doe before the day begins in the middle.

I feel I'm looking for the windows of possibility in my days and these windows when I find them the views are magical I can climb through the window and escape into the wonderful world beyond for a sweet adventure.

sometimes I have the chance to open a door get lost for a wee while, today is that catch up is a pure delight with snacks in-between.

ok I can't stop lovely to chat but another window is opening I gotta go

Hi Meghan, this morning a did the Friedly Spirit practice. I recall breathing in back to front of the body. Belly first then chest. exhale front to back chest then belly. 

I have been taught to exhale belly first then chest instead of chest to belly  🤔 Is that purely preference? thank you for your time.

love this series. It a very serious practice hidden in a lot of playfulness,  I find myself repeating or excited to repeat each one. like 🍷💕

I would love a vinyasa or learning class on malasana variation & how to get deeper into malasana. How can one in malasana get more anchored with back straight heart pointing upward. Is it about opening the knees more or about having more open tendons above the foot (I find myself fighting towards the end to fall back). Malasana with duck feet vs straight feet. Also pls getting into squat with feet together included. 

I was struggling with my plow to stand up roll ups but i now got the hang of it. With momentum ofc not like Meghan’s smooth non momentum roll ups 🤩

Hi! How is everyone doing?? Anyone read either of the first 2 books? Would love to know anyone's thoughts on them!

The first one was really interesting, and I found the section when he talked about depression so insightful! I just finished the Brene Brown book and I really loved it. Thank you for the recommendations Meghan! I feel like sooo much has been unfolding for me recently to do with my self worth (maybe a share for another time) so this last book really hit the mark for me. The journal prompts too have been really insightful. Would love to hear anyones shares on these too. 

I have had a daily yoga practice for a few years now but wow since taking on A vow to bloom in combination with all the other material I feel like my yoga practice is becoming more and more of a emotional release. Lots of tears to say the least! The combination of the yoga, the books and the journal prompts are really helping to ground me in trust, hope and presence through turbulent times and served as a powerful reminder to prioritise myself quite a lot more than I have been. Even writing about prioritising myself I felt guilt come up. So I shall sit with it and remind myself that I do not matter less than anyone else and keep going on this journey.

I practiced with the yoga teacher coming at work on Tuesday, for the 4th day of my Feb Vow to Bloom. I have practiced mostly with her over the past years, but almost daily with Meghan since the beginning of December so it was a bit like revisiting a familiar place after a long journey.

I was amazed how many of Meghan’s cues have been committed to my muscle memory over the past weeks. I think I understood the meaning of “lifting from the inner thigh” this Tuesday, and rooting my big toes aaaalmost feel like a new habit.

Thank you so much Meghan for those detailed cues that feel huge in how they shift the sensations and the activation !!

Dear Sweeeeet Community 💜

I've been thinking so much about you all lately, and wanting to check in and give a little update.

January for me has been wildly busy, (moving house, sickness, new projects...) so I feel I've fallen a bit behind in some areas I really care about: one being here reading and catching up with you- I miss you!!! It's actually been a month of really working to chill out my perfectionist aspect-of-self for not doing "all the things"- AND also asking for help! 

And that brings me to the next update! 🌸  I'm sooo happy and excited to introduce the newest Unicorn on our team, Juliana Hein 🦄💜

Juliana will be helping here in the online community and actually in many other areas of need, yay! She is a spark of joy, a truly loving being, super passionate about yoga (she took my training in 2023 and has been a part of the online studio for some time!) and she's here to support you with anything you need. 
I'm still going to be reading and replying to all of your beautiful comments and shares as well 😍

Welcome Juliana with your sweet warm hearts and virtual hugs! 🤗

Unleash Your Heart

my heart will go on :)

yes! move to bloom !

firstly gratitude for this another creation of just what I need your magic powers are truly endless

the last month has taught me a whole lotta patience. and in that weird way we reflect and wonder of the purpose the consequence the cosmic. I learned to lean into still to move through the sulk when things don't go how we plan and the re rooting finding light in a different space.

so the physical is still the mental takes some space the emotional processes and the spiritual explores.

I have loved the reading material but also the mojo of reading and reading more again.

I have delved deeply with the prompts exploring a whole load of feels and found some creative space as the dust and debris shifted.

now my body feels more familiar again see saw days further apart. as I plugged in to unleash I was like oooh I know this one I know how strong it is, eek lets see how it goes. I set up a sweet spot of quiet curiosity and encouragement and rolled through my bones, to make space for my beating my breathing  unwound unbound and lifted my heart to all the possibility through the perhaps and pop!

thank you or move to bloom I had an ick energy with self falling from the vow to, move can help encourage and  meld my body back in to a daily.

sending love to heal and rest with pause patience kindness to your heart for safe sweet comebacks soon.

maybe a sweet still slowdown to wriggle into all the corners of your new home ❤️
