Hello!

Glad to be back in touch now.

Lately I have been affected by some heavy episodes in my family that I am still dealing with. And now trying to return to my work life. And it feels a little too much.

So, going to the sidelines for the good of the team.

Doing the best I can, with all my imperfections.

Appreciatively loving you,

Leandro

I've wanted to make a general comment for a long time, even though I sometimes get a bit frustrated at not being able to express myself very subtly in English!

I am extremely grateful to be part of this beautiful community that faithfully revolves around Meghan. This loyalty and attendance is undoubtedly linked to Meghan's emotional involvement, but also to the quality, inventiveness and perfection of her teaching.

Indeed, I admire the wealth of content that Meghan puts online every week. It's yoga revisited, modernised, ‘dusted off’ and embellished, with all its original meaning but with the plus that is Meghan's touch. And that's creativity, beauty and inventiveness. So really, from the bottom of my heart (since that's the theme of this month)! Thank you and know that I'm grateful every day when I have the chance to take these magnificent classes, nothing is taken as a due but rather as a privilege. Thank you

As Meghan will not be giving a 200-hour Teacher Training course this year, I wanted to know if there was a yogi in this beautiful community who has taken Meghan's training and who gives teacher training online or face-to-face in the spirit of Meghan's work? Thank you

Dear Beautiful Community,

We are so incredibly grateful to see all of you showing up for our Move to Bloom - 14 Day Challenge, sharing your practices, and filling this space with such inspiring energy and love!

Witnessing your presence and dedication to this journey fills our hearts every day.❤️

Unfortunately, Meghan hasn’t been able to join the practices yet due to illness. While it’s been very difficult for her to step back, please know that she’s deeply touched by your shares and continues to hold this space with love and gratitude for each of you!

The good news is — she’ll be back very soon, full of light and joy, and excited to share this space with you once more!

Until then, keep connecting, sharing, and honoring yourselves as you have so beautifully.✨

With love and appreciation,

Meghan & Team🦄

Oh Meghan! Just to let you know that I FULLY fully resonated with your word on the latest newsletter you sent - "Heart's Wisdom". I'm so happy that you decided to listen to you heart and go for what it made sense to your soul, even if it was extremely hard to go through the decision of change. I had a very similar experience and unfortunately let the logic mind come in, when my heart was saying  yes ... and I usually, if not always follow my heart. But it being a big decision, although I was ready to get it, someone took it jus when I was about to say yes. It was also a land, not with a cacau tree! But with a guava tree! And was a beautiful place that I also felt home. And this was 3 weeks ago. I'm still thinking about it and somehow with a broken heart as my heart was actually there, envisioning all the great things we would do. So I'm with you on this, and will be remembering myself that whatever my heart whispers, I will listen deeply and follow ❤️ it knows the truth. With this I share a quote that lately has been part of my life “And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The little Prince

Big hug ❤️

seeking out the magic growth time when the days doe before the day begins in the middle.

I feel I'm looking for the windows of possibility in my days and these windows when I find them the views are magical I can climb through the window and escape into the wonderful world beyond for a sweet adventure.

sometimes I have the chance to open a door get lost for a wee while, today is that catch up is a pure delight with snacks in-between.

ok I can't stop lovely to chat but another window is opening I gotta go

big love bloomers go find your window!

Hi Meghan, this morning a did the Friedly Spirit practice. I recall breathing in back to front of the body. Belly first then chest. exhale front to back chest then belly.

I have been taught to exhale belly first then chest instead of chest to belly  🤔 Is that purely preference? thank you for your time.

love this series. It a very serious practice hidden in a lot of playfulness,  I find myself repeating or excited to repeat each one. like 🍷💕

I would love a vinyasa or learning class on malasana variation & how to get deeper into malasana. How can one in malasana get more anchored with back straight heart pointing upward. Is it about opening the knees more or about having more open tendons above the foot (I find myself fighting towards the end to fall back). Malasana with duck feet vs straight feet. Also pls getting into squat with feet together included.

I was struggling with my plow to stand up roll ups but i now got the hang of it. With momentum ofc not like Meghan’s smooth non momentum roll ups 🤩
